Two people stayed for one night on February 1st. Please keep your luggage even if you go before check-in time. Breakfast service is also available for an additional fee, but I excluded it because I was planning to eat Jjamppong Soft Tofu. I only saw them cook it in the morning and take it away, but they prepared it with care. The location is in an alley, so if you want to take a taxi, you have to go out to the main street. As your destination, you have to say Gyodong Jjamppong Main Branch and walk a bit. I originally planned to walk from the express bus terminal, but it was farther than I thought, so I paid the standard fare and took a taxi. Due to the consideration of the young owners, it was a dormitory, but was upgraded to a double bed room. I was also able to look at the dormitory, and although the ladder looked a little uneasy, it was comfortable with state-of-the-art facilities and each bed had an outlet, so it seemed convenient. The room I used had an independent bathroom, a dressing room, and a separate place to store bags, coats, and suitcases. It also had cooking facilities, a microwave, and a large refrigerator, so it was an accommodation for families, couples, and couples traveling together. It also looked good. The water pressure was a bit disappointing, but the warm water came out well, and the shampoo and conditioner provided had a musk scent, unlike the motel, and my friend really liked it. When you open the sash, there is a small distance between you and the front is blocked by a fence, so you can use it privately. Although it is a bit far from the Jungang Market, it is about the basic fare by taxi, and there are many Gyodong Jjamppong main branch and Jangkalguksu restaurants nearby, so I don't think there is any downside to the location. Taxis were always easy to find. Recommended for those who plan to stay for several days and wander around Gangneung. Next time I come to Gangneung, I plan to make a reservation here.
