The room is a bit old but acceptable for the price. The host is friendly. The house is located in an area with many restaurants, ice cream shops, laundry services, and currency exchange.

Clean rooms, hot water, good AC, friendly and helpful staff. Scooters available. Nice and quiet because it is located at the back of an alley. Also little noise of morning prayers that are broadcasted through the city.

The rooms and toilets are clean, the AC is cold, there is a water heater too. The owner/guard is friendly. There is a general kitchen outside that can be shared. There is a fish pond on the terrace suitable for relaxing. Feels like home when you stay here. Also close to the Prawirotaman entertainment center.

It is located in one of the valley in Prawirotaman Street. The place was not bad and it's easy to find. It is close to the restaurants and cafes. Talking about the room, it's also not that bad. But the lightning was a bit uncomfortable, the water was really slow, the mattress was squeaky so it was a bit noisy. The host stayed in the place most all the time. It was a quiet place though but at night it was a bit noisy because there are some bars open near the valley. There was a shared kitchen where you can use it freely, shared fridge and refill water for free but if you want to drink a beer you need to pay for Rp 35K.It has a unique and quiet atmosphere that is different from other accommodations.The point where you can see fish is quite attractive.The room is large enough to relax and has plenty of space.The bedding is clean but feels a bit old.The bathroom is spacious, but it has a fatal flaw: the water pressure is frustratingly weak.There is a big advantage of having a shared kitchen so you can cook your own food. The kitchen is pretty neat.The surrounding streets appear to be a popular travel destination for Westerners.So there are many cafes and restaurants, but the surrounding area is noisy at night.You can see a club-like atmosphere and drinking, which is rare in Indonesia.

Staying here is really like coming home. The place is very comfortable and very quiet. The location is very strategic, if you want to go to Jl. Prawirotaman just walks a little out of the alley.All the staff are very friendly and respond quickly. Can't wait to stay there again smoke!🫶🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have never seen such a dirty room. When I told the landlord, he immediately asked me not to change the sheets but to stay there. You will get sick if you sleep in such a dirty room.

This location very strategic, in Prawirotaman, near many restaurants. Very close to tempo gelato. Host welcomed us very warm and informative. This house value for money. But you must bring ur own toiletries and insect repellent for mosquitos.

The location is in a small alley entering from Jalan Prawirotaman, the place is hidden and quiet, the service is friendly and good, the rooms are quite spacious and clean but apparently there is no TV so when you are in the room it feels quiet. Overall, recommended for those who want to staycation in Jogja

Homey and comfortable guest house. Access is a bit difficult if you bring a private car because it enters an alley and there is no parking space, but because it is a bit "obscure" it makes the environment quiet and calm. Plus there is a fish pond in the middle of the guest house adding to the tranquility with the sound of the water gurgling 😌Don't worry, the "mblusuk" isn't far. Just walk ±50 meters from the big alley. It will be very easy if you ride a motorbike.The waiter was very kind and friendly. The admin is informative and communicative 👍🏻Overall very satisfied with the facilities available at such a cheap price. Great. Good luck always.

Staying here really makes you miss it. The ambience is really comfortable, it feels like your own home. Mas Bagas is very helpful.The room is clean, there is a cupboard for storing clothes, the bathroom has a water heater, which is really suitable for after touring and finds a water heater haha. And the mattress + pillow are soft, the AC is cold, so I want to lie down all the time hahaha.With the facilities available, the price is very affordable. That's great anyway.Miss the corner.

The place is clean and cheap. There is a shared kitchen and gallons of water that we can use. There is also a water heater but unfortunately it still needs to be repaired. Strategic location in a tourist area, but access to the guest house can only be accessed by pedestrians, motorbikes and bicycles. But overall okay
