Nice budget hotel on the edge of town. When I first saw it from the outside I thought "How come this hotel is so small, is it good or not". When I entered, wow, it turned out to be quite clean.The room is small, but it's enough to stop to put things and sleep after traveling. The bathroom is clean and doesn't smell, even though there is no glass.There are 2 electrical plugs and they work well. The AC also functions normally (split AC), it just takes a little time to cool down.There doesn't seem to be a restaurant here, so there's no breakfast, lunch or dinner. In each room you can get 2 bottles of CLEO brand mineral water as a compliment.At the hotel reception they sell drinks and instant coffee. You have to find food outside or you can order online food using Go-Jek or Grab.

Book the top family room, the place is spacious, there are 4 beds, clean, the bathroom is clean, the toilet doesn't smell, the water is hot,If you go up, you have to go up the stairs, the receptionist is also friendly, parking is not very large, but comfortable

Got this hotel because on the weekend all the hotels were full, so the price was very high for a small hotel like this. Only given one cardlock, that sucks...There's no water heater for making coffee, or are you planning to buy coffee at the hotel?😂

Staying 3D2D, every time you ask for cleaning, just change the towels and tidy the pillow sheets... the water and tissues are not refilled... minus the warm water for drinking... please pay attention to the cleanliness of the sheets, pillows and dust...

The location is not too far from Tugu station, not busy, the surrounding environment is standard, the bathroom is not too wide, the stairs are a bit narrow, staff service starts from check-in at 03.00 - 09.00, fast, not complicated, affordable for transit with the right price

📍 The location is not far from the city (accessible to Tamansari, Alun Alun Kidul, and Malioboro)🛌 Rooms are quite (there are lots of ants when putting food on the table)🪜 Main point.There is no elevator for access up and down and it is on the 3rd floorImagine carrying things up and down and it's really tiring!🚽 The toilet smells a bit💁♂️ The officers are quite friendlyBut he was not at all alert to help carry the guests' belongings upstairsThe quality really needs to be improved in terms of rooms and service

The hotel location is not too far from the city, but there are many shortcomings that could be improved.First of all, we arrived at the hotel quite early and we asked if we could check in first. For early check-in, a fee of 200 thousand is charged and we think the price is worth it.However, when you entered the room, the room looked like it had not been cleaned at all. The floor and room are dusty, the toilet emits an unpleasant odor, and there is a large lizard in the toilet which can be seen immediately when you open the door.Since the room felt very dirty, we decided to go get food and leave the hotel with a message to clean the room again and to deal with the smell in the toilet. When we returned, the room felt like it hadn't been cleaned at all and the floor was still dirty and dusty, but they added carbolic acid and air freshener near the toilet. Both of these things didn't really help with the toilet odor that was our problem from the start.During the three days and two nights we stayed there, the toilet was so smelly that the smell entered our room. To add, there were cockroaches coming out of the bathroom.Then there are some small complaints that we feel are:1. At first, we were not told to contact the receptionist to ask questions or ask for help. Our room was at the top and there was no elevator, so when we wanted to ask for help for the first time, we had to go down to the lowest floor to ask for help.2. We were also not told that we had to tell our room to be cleaned. If you stay here, make sure to tell the receptionist to clean the room before 14.00.In my opinion, the people who work here are very kind and responsive, but the condition of our room was not very good.Maybe the worst thing is that the bed has been infected with bed bugs. One of my friends felt itchy while staying here and after looking, there were bedbugs in the bed we slept in.Overall, in our opinion, our experience staying here was not good. Maybe there is a lot that needs to be improved in the future.

I got a room where the bathroom had a really bad smell that couldn't go away😭😭I put any perfume on it (bought my own perfume) but it still didn't go away. especially if you come in from outside and enter the room and the AC hasn't been turned on yet, you will inhale the sensation of the jeding smell😭even sleep with a full smear of fresh care because the smell won't go away. where the smell sticks to clothes. I don't know what the smell is but the source is from the bathroom. like it smells musty, damp like that. Very pleased, even though the other facilities & service are okay. The price is also not very cheap, but the minus is very fatal.
