Don't expect an ocean view... On the other hand, the rooms and service are good. The location is also close to the Gyeongpodae Boardwalk.

I usually have a hard time sleeping because I'm sensitive, but for the first time in a while, I woke up with a good night's sleep. The service from the staff was also very pleasant! I deducted one star because it was right behind the sea, but it was much cleaner and nicer than the hotels & motels overlooking the sea. There was ample parking too! I will visit again not only on business trips but also when traveling.

If you’re looking for a clean bed and a good water pressure shower, plus a good location, this is it. Don’t expect 3 or 4 Star facility since there aren’t any. No complementary toothbrush, disposable slippers or cotton pads. Very minimal. I was not too happy with the layout or the lack of sound proof. However, we had not alternative since it was Christmas Eve and it was not even cheap. If you just need a place to sleep and don’t really mind the quality, and if you’re not booking during peak season, this place is worth it for a two start hotel!

This was 7th of 8 hotels that I stayed in my "roughing it" 2 weeks vacation to Korea. Hotel is in great location and less expensive than nearby hotels. Also courteous staff and free vending machine for drinks. Room was ok with nothing really exceptional nor terribly bad. Except one big issue. You can't seem to control temperature in the room. Thermostat says 29 C, and cranking it down to 15/16 C didn't change anything. I was sweating in the room. Although front desk made it sound like I have control over the thermostat, I think whole hotel temperature is controlled centrally. Person at the desk quickly offered suggestion to open window or offered a fan (in late Oct!). I opened the window the first night and it was still hot and too noisy to sleep. I decided on fan 2nd night and still hot but could sleep better than 1st night. I can't sleep in 29 C room, and unless they fix this, I don't recommend this hotel.

* Check-in was very quick and comfortable.* There is a breakfast area in the lobby that you can sign up for (5,000 won per person), where you can purchase light drinks and snacks, as well as several food items for meals. There are vending machines for disposable items (razors, toothbrushes, etc.).* The restrooms are quite old.* In some cases, you may be assigned a room with a view of the neighboring building instead of an ocean or lake view.* The road into the parking lot is narrow and dirt and requires some care.

It's not an ocean beach, it's close to the sea. It's a 1-minute walk! Even though I was in a hurry, the location is great, and it takes about 2 to 3 minutes from the bus stop. Yes, the map only shows the road, but it's faster if you cross towards the parking lot.

Considering the price, this hotel is even more satisfying. The rooms are clean and quite spacious, and the location is great as it is right in front of Gyeongpo Beach. It's perfect if you don't plan on doing much at the hotel. However, it is disappointing that toothbrushes and toothpaste must be purchased separately. They say it's because of the coronavirus, but that doesn't sound very convincing. Still, other services, such as free vending machine drinks, are provided properly, so it would be difficult to give it a poor score.

Hard to find cause of the korean name of the hotel ( even Google had a hard time on it ). However with some picture of the front of the hotel I was able to letter match. a very nice hotel. Free soda and drinks. A smalls store if you need noodle and such. Free coffee and a nice corner to chill down. Agree with recent reviews it’s a great hotel to stay . Friendly staff , use Google translate get you far . Oh did I mention hotel is just around the corner of the main stores/ restaurants and a 7eleven around the corner 👍

It's so comfortable and nice. It is the best hotel in the middle and high class with the cleanliness of Gangneung and the comfort of my house. Staff kindness, amenities, free drinks, coffee are very attractive, and breakfast is the best. I could see Gyeongpodae Lake from my room, and when I went out the back door, there was a fantastic sea and Gyeongpo beach, so I enjoyed a walk on the fresh sea sand. It is a family atmosphere hotel that is especially good for the value. Enjoy!! It’s the best pearl that you may find in Gangneung.It's so comfortable and nice. This is the best mid- to upper-class hotel that combines the cleanliness of Gangneung with the comfort of home. The friendliness of the staff, the amenities provided, the free drinks and coffee are very attractive, and it is the best for a simple breakfast. You can see Gyeongpodae Lake in front, and if you go out the back door, there is a fantastic sea and Gyeongpo Beach. I enjoyed taking a walk on the very fresh sea sand. It is a hotel with a family atmosphere that is especially good for the price. Enjoy!! It’s the best pearl that you may find in Gangneung.

Good accessibility as it is adjacent to GyeongpodaeConvenient with simple snacks sold at the reception.Room condition was good, especially the bedding was clean.Only necessary items such as air dresser are provided.The owner is friendly, coffee is free, and breakfast is cheap.Good soundproofing for a good night’s sleep
