Turns out it doesn't match the review!!!! DISAPPOINTED. The first time I checked in here, I was given a moldy room and when I wanted to ask to move, the reason was that initially the room was full and the 2nd floor was under repair. Even though when I arrived the vehicle in front was the only one mine. Then after checking in I went out because there was a need and when I came back the guard suddenly offered to move rooms or not after he offered and he said if he wanted to confirm with the boss first, could he move rooms or not (even though it was clear at the beginning said the rooms were full and under repair) why is the second reason different? I was already disappointed and lazy, so I finally checked out that night because I felt strange from the guard. Very disappointed with the REALLY BAD service!!! NEVER COME HERE ANYMORE!!!

The bedsheets were dirty, there were even holes from cigarette burns, the bathroom drain was clogged and made it muddy, the AC wasn't cold. and the receptionist was not there when checking in, when she called she said she was eating and was told to wait for more than 30 minutes...

The bed sheets were full of stains, there were bugs in the room and on the bed, the bathroom was dirty and disgusting, there was even a man sleeping on the floor behind the check-in counter. The room 100% does NOT match with the pictures they show online. It was so bad that we decided to book another hotel, and check out.We immediately reported to Agoda and hotel management, and requested for a refund of the days we would not be staying. Hotel management refused and offered a stay in another hotel under the same chain. Considering the dirty state of this hotel, a stay under the same hotel chain was just not acceptable. This hotel wasn’t even that cheap, so the place definitely didn’t match the cost per night.The next hotel that we booked was only sgd$10 dollars more per day, and it was sparkling clean.A few hours later, we received an email from agoda informing us that the hotel management from this terrible hotel informed agoda that we had checked into the other hotel they had offered. This is a complete lie. We DID NOT check into the other hotel they offered.So the pictures online are misleading, the place is dirty, the bed sheets are covered in stains, there are crawlers around, and on top of all that, they lied about the check in and continued to refuse reimbursement for a service that was not provided.Do not stay here. Do not be swayed by the good rating, room pictures do not match up with the actual place. It’s dirty and there are many other places that are clean and even cheaper than this hovel.

We arrived around 10 pm. It's a bit difficult to find the location. Because there is no name on the house. After ty next door we met. There is no receptionist. When it came out there was writing. After waiting a while, I just checked in. We got 2 rooms downstairs. The room is decent. Clean bed linen, fragrant towels. Got a really small bottle of mineral water. Get amnities. But the bathroom is really dirty. Slippery, smells like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. I don't have the heart to take a photo. And it turned out that when I wanted to take a shower, the waste water pooled and more water came out. Sewer smell. G can use the bathroom. But it's good to give me a change of room. I got the front room. Bigger. But the bathroom is really dirty. Sewer smell. Even though there is an exhaust fan. G influences. The room floor also looks like it hasn't been mopped. There's a cupboard. Hangers. TV. The AC is ok, cold. The water heater is also ok.Only the bathroom needs to be cleaned. Above there are seats. But it's a shame it's not cleaned and there are lots of flower pots that are neglected, scattered around and not looked after. Hopefully next time it can be repaired.

So far for the price @ 300 thousand (reddorz) it's good, the interior is okay, fragrant, clean, TV, AC, water heater, fast water, neat, available office desk, clean clothes hanger, accessories rack and clothes rack only in the bathroom, no hanging place clothes, room size±2.8x3m, size of spring bed only 120 I think... bathroom ±2x1.5m... place to enter the alley but enough cars, not enough parking space... but its okay....

The place is cozy and clean. The spring bed is also comfortable and the room arrangement is really good. Balmoral House is the best when I'm looking for a place to stay in Jogja.
