The owner is attentive and friendly, such a good location cannot be found. I would say one of the moderate motels in the area. What is distinguished is that it has its main buffet restaurant in its own basement.

Go into the alley and turn to the right. Navigation required.Parking available. However, you may have to double park. There is a separate place where I exchange my car keys and room keys when I check in or go out.If you use an ondol room, cleaning the floor is a must. Very sticky.Basic foam cleansing, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. are provided. There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. Recycled shower towel.There is a paid restaurant in the basement.

Use it for a cheaper price of 20,000 won.It might be useful if you come to Gwangju alone and just sleep. Don't expect it to be well cleaned.There is a 6,000 won buffet in the basement, and there are no convenience stores nearby except for corner stores.Only those who care about cost-effectiveness should use it.

The cost-effectiveness is really top of the pack, and the convenience store is a 7-minute walk away...even the convenience store in front of the apartment complex... It's in a very secluded place... It's really cheap in terms of facilities and cost-effectiveness, but it's hard to find a taxi in front of it, and it's at an intersection; There are too many signals and it's all good, but the location...it's so hard to get to the convenience store, so that's it...
