A pension that will be remembered as having the worst customer service in my lifeI usually don't leave reviews, but I am leaving this because the response to guests is so outrageous.Last week, I booked a two-day, one-night stay at Galleria C for a workshop with my company bosses. I was working on my workshop schedule, and at around 2:30, 30 minutes before check-in, the pension owner/manager called me and asked what time I would be checking in. He said that the swimming pool was currently undergoing maintenance work, so it might not be tidy when I checked-in.Normally, if repairs or construction are in progress, isn't it common sense to contact the person making the reservation at the time of reservation or as soon as the repair work is confirmed, rather than notifying them 30 minutes before check-in?It was absurd, but I understood because I was scheduled to arrive 20 to 30 minutes later than the check-in time (3 o'clock). I told him to just sort things out until then and hung up. Afterwards, around 3:30, I arrived at the pension with my company colleagues and it was a sight to behold. There was no place to park at the entrance of the pension we had reserved due to the construction company's trucks and workers' vehicles, and the workers were using dusty tools connected to the inside of the pension that we were supposed to use. The swimming pool and foot volleyball court, which were under construction, were littered with construction waste and even cigarette butts. (refer to photo)The company people were embarrassed because they couldn't park the car, so I asked the workers to pull out the car, but the workers just listened and did their job. So, I called the pension manager and told him that he was working on it and that it had not been cleaned up even though it was long past the reservation time. The manager didn't say a word of apology and just told me to wait because it would be gone soon.This was not a cheap motel or inn, so this kind of response was ridiculous. I said I understood and hung up, but even after that, the worker's vehicle did not leave, so I called the manager again. Of course, until then, the manager had not appeared on site at all.When I called to complain about this situation, they responded with a harsh response, saying, 'Then what should you do? Should you give me a refund right away? If you hadn't told me when I called you earlier at 2:30, I would have changed rooms.'For guests who come to an important team workshop where they have to discuss business plans with their company boss, isn't it the pension manager's job to help them quickly organize the site and check in in such a situation? what? Then will you give me a refund? It's so absurd... In the end, we were only able to check in properly an hour after the initial check-in time, and when the pension manager asked what to do then, he pushed us aside and prorated the amount of time we couldn't use until the space for us to use was cleared. So I asked for a refund. Only then did they call the workers, so they hurriedly cleaned up the swimming pool and the trash properly. And when it was about to be sorted out, the manager called and said it was sorted out and that he would refund me 45,000 won, which is one hour's worth. However, the entrance to the pension was full of gunny sacks, as shown in the photo above. I asked if they were going to clean it up, and they said it was a place where trash was piled up and that we didn't use it, so it didn't matter;; I think it will be up to those who read the reviews to decide. And I don't know if it was intentional or a mistake, but it's no secret that I called 2 more times because they gave me the wrong password for the pension. ah! They said it was all sorted out, but the workers continued to remove trash from the pension swimming pool until late at night. There are large windows and no curtains, so you can see the entire inside from the pool right in front... Come early the next morning and do additional work. The last photo was taken on the morning of the second day. It was annoying to talk on the phone, so I didn't contact the manager further.Anyway, it was the worst pension of my life.
