Amazing view, professional staff, very clean room with functional layout including small washer and kitchen , most of all reasonable price. There are tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. I am enjoying everything about this hotel.

Good location and good view.The price is reasonable and there is nothing wrong with it, but the cleaning condition is a bit poor.Since it is a residence hotel, it would be great for long-term stays.There is also a separate room for dogs.There is Unjeong Lake right across the street, so it's great for a walk.

Good view and not bad room condition. However, there were a lot of spiders on the terrace, so it was difficult to eat anything on the terrace. Overall, the price range, view, etc. were good.

I was able to stay for around 8,000 yen, but the cost performance was at the highest level.Body shampoo, conditioner shampoo, and hair dryer are also provided.There's no toothbrush, but there's a convenience store on the first floor, so it's not a problem.There is a table and chairs on the balcony, and if you are on the higher floors, you can enjoy a nice view with drinks and snacks.There are many restaurants nearby and massage services nearby, so this is a recommended hotel if you're staying in Paju City.

Good location, delicious restaurants located in the city center. If you go to the first floor, there are three convenience stores nearby. It's nice that many restaurants and bars are open until late at night, and there are so many places where you can get delivery even late at night.

I’m here for the exhibition at Kintex. It takes me around 11,000won one way to Kintex. The hotel room is not small, very clean and the view is excellent. The lady at front desk is helpful. The beef BBQ restaurant at 1st floor is good. …

My friend and I stayed in a duplex room with two beds. There was nothing particularly good about it, but the bed condition was good, so it was an acceptable experience.Since you can cook your own food, it is also worth considering for long-term stays, such as a month-long stay.

New, clean, and stylish hotel with friendly staffs in a central location right next to the station and jaw-dropping lake! Make sure to get lake view suite, which is such a pleasure to look at the park day and night.

There was a clear language barrier, however the staff were accommodating and helpful. Instructions about using TV remote, Wifi, Telecom // Telephone should be provided in the room in English. There is also no room service for food as far as I could tell, there are however many restaurants in the area. The hotel is in a great spot with excellent views. However it is more difficult to reach at night from Goyang / Seoul after the metro closes.Overall a great stay, 9/10

Badly designed loft rooms especially those with bed in the loft which has very low headroom suitable only for hobbits n very steep slippery stairs to climb.
Some Wardrobe also so high you need to be an NBA basketballer to reach the hangers ... and toilet has NO bidet or heated seat ... not good for winter !!

Accessibility is not bad if you come by car.When using public transportation, it is a 5-minute walk from Yadang Station.It’s a residence-type hotel, so it’s rather stuffy.The space is more spacious than a business hotel.It's better.Because it is a two-story structure, the floor height is also high.First of all, I like that the lighting is bright like at home.The terrace is small enough to have a slumber party with friends, but it is there.The view of Unjeong Lake is also clear.It's not stuffy.It's been 2 years since opening and the facilities are so clean and nice~^There are simple cooking utensils, a kitchen refrigerator, and a washing machine.Most of all, I like the clean bedding and interior.Accommodation fee is 142,000 won per day for a 3-person room.So~From now on, I often come here with my friends.I think I will use it.
