The receptionist was not friendly, continued to be rude and talked about new customers who were also visiting Buntok for the first time, but instead got a hotel stay and service like that, hopefully it doesn't happen again, learn from experience

The room is quite spacious if it's only for 2 people, but just walking into the room with your feet is very uncomfortable because the floor is very dirty and dusty. So we have to mop it ourselves to feel comfortable. Because for prayer too. Twin bed 350K per night.There are no ceiling lights, only 2 wall lights in front of the TV to the left and right which dazzle the eyes. Above the TV there is a wall clock but it is off.The room has an old school feel, the furniture also has old school motifs and has not been maintained, when I arrived to open the door to the TV table sideboard, it turned out that the door had been removed and had only been attached, luckily my foot didn't fall off. When I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water. When I opened the bathroom, I was immediately shocked and couldn't help but look at the complicated installation of pipes and hot water hoses. There is some kind of water heater that is on and the indicator light is on but when you try to get hot water out, nothing comes out. It turned out that the heater and shower handle were only acting in a normal way. When I wanted to open the shower, I was confused until someone started turning it even though I had just touched it, so I ended up showering in cold water in a bucket with a dipper that had been provided.The positive thing is that the breakfast is a buffet even though there is only 1 menu but the taste is quite good, soup and fried chicken, you can make your own hot tea and coffee. Spacious parking, wide room hallway but no dispenser if you want to drink coffee at night.

The sound is loud, it feels like I'm on a plane, but it's not cold at all. destroyed furniture, tube TV, wooden bed, just an elite bathroom. The price is wow

If the room is to the back the wifi is limited far away, eat and buy outside

The rooms are spacious..complete facilities..There is hot water for bathing..breakfast in the morning, the yellow rice is delicious, but the AC is not cold enough...mulya Kencana Hotel is always a success👍🙏🙏
