It's the worst place even though it's called a hotel.I booked a suite and it was amazing to be on the first basement floor, but as soon as I entered the room, it really smelled like sewage. The next morning, it got even worse.Meanwhile, the Hinoki hot water bath seemed to be broken because when I pressed the button, no bubbles came up and only a vibration sound was heard.When I asked to change the room, I was told there was no room.I asked if they were just going to use it like this, and they said they would provide free breakfast, but looking at the reviews, it was so bad that they tried to appease me with the quality that I wouldn't eat even if they gave it to me, so there was really no answer.It seems like a family company where the front desk staff has not received even the minimum hotel service training.And why are there so many hotel guests with tattoos? I think it's a gangster office.

I used it for a week when I went to Paju to meet my grandmother.Access was a little tricky, but the front desk staff was very responsive and made my stay very easy.Although I cannot speak Japanese, I was able to communicate using the translation function.The female front desk staff who is there during the day is a bit annoying lol
