Nice spacious place. Nice view. But Main furnitures in the hotel are very very old, specially the double bed is uncomfortable to sleep. We don’t believe the hotel is 4****. Daily cleaning is not bad. The place need big spring clean.

Very bad experience with Sr Seaview.Pictures are completely misleading, rooms were not at all clean, bathroom was smelling.Even the location was not good.Will not recommend to anyone.

Total scam! Awful experience on arrival! Opened the door to a huge cockroach on the pillow to which the attendant just opened a window and threw it out. The rooms look NOTHING like the pictures seen on their site, totally deceiving and they don't refund (clearly because this place is NOT up to standard!) I do NOT recommend this place at ALL. Apartments are NOT apartments. We booked an apartment with two bedrooms as the pictures on the site showed but instead got 2 separate plain deteriorating rooms, not even a kitchenette. Beds old and caved in, not comfortableat all. Wifi weak and none existent really. Asked the attendent for another room and she was extremely cold and unhelpful, saying theyre full and to take it up with the agents (assuming Agoda who we booked through, if so, AGODA seriously needs to update the photos on the site to the REAL SITUATION, because this is not okay!!!) Please save yourselves and your money from this place. Seriously disappointing after a full day's travel.

The apartments are located at a peaceful location with an awesome sea view and at the same time only a 10 minute ride to Bangla road/ Walking street. My stay was really comfortable. I would really like to appreciate their team specially Oscar who was always really responsive to any of my queries. He focussed on always finding the solution.Would definitely look to stay there on my next trip to Phuket

It’s nice that it is a few minutes away from shops and restaurants but we had the worst experience ever. There was no running water and they didn’t personally inform us until we complained about it. Another issue is wifi, one of the main reason when it comes to picking a place to stay is making sure there’s wifi so we can finish up work. In the sea view apartments, it barely functions. The moment you go an inch towards the kitchen/ living room it just turns off. Back to the water issue, when we talked to the staff about it, they gave us one alternative which is to shower in a different bathroom in a whole different hotel (that they own) on the other side. So many residents/guests wanting to shower and they decided to only open ONE room to shower in and it sort of became a communal bathroom with a queue, the moment it became our turn, bathroom was already all nasty, just super weird how they approached things because we did pay a lot and this is how they handled the situation (mind you, there was a lot of open rooms that they could’ve opened more for people to shower in). Also, they emphasized on “make sure to not touch beds or anything, no sandals/shoes inside so floor is not dirty, only shower because it’s not your room”Also be mindful when booking because tuktuk/ taxi/ grab/ or any car service down below will overcharge you so much when going here because it is on the top of the hill.Example: Even though my location was 4 minutes away (was just trying to avoid walking on hill part) the price was 4x the price
