For me, when I first landed from Pekanbaru, Riau, I went to the city of Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan, to migrate and continue my state higher education at one of the well-known state universities in Central Kalimantan, namely: Palangka Raya University. Stayed for about 3 days, especially for Mrs. Nova, who was on guard from morning until Around the afternoon at 15:30 WIB I was very satisfied with the room service, then the room was quite clean, and the AC was cold and other facilities such as a TV that could also be turned on 24 hours and FREE WIFI too, then if we were bored in the room we could then go back. The Lobby Hall in RedDoorz near the receptionist starts from relaxing sitting there and other activities in the next few hours. Well, however, this is where my problems and discomfort started, so there was a time that I didn't like the service when changing RedDoorz guard staff near Palangkaraya University 3. The schedule was evening to early morning. That time was when I wasn't allowed to hang out in the lobby hall near the receptionist. 🙂, Then you said, bro, did you get permission to sit and hang out in this lobby? The shape of the room is because there are lots of chairs provided there. Even facilities such as dispensers are placed there... How come we can't enjoy the facilities provided at the beginning? It's not really logical and please, I'm not there with any intention of disturbing you or anything, just doing my job (so please don't forbid visitors or guests even from enjoying the facilities in the lobby hall near the receptionist and you don't have to ask for permission. First of all, to visit there. So to be honest, it's no wonder if I may say that in the last few months, the room in the lobby hall has been quiet, no one dares to go there, neither visitors nor guests who have booked the room from evening to evening. Go into a room like the RedDoorz Lobby Hall instead of hanging out outside in the parking lot because I feel uncomfortable with the staff who look after the RedDoorz shift from evening to early morning) and I hope and pray that the service can be improved whenever visitors or guests come to the lobby room. The hall is not limited to the activities carried out in the lobby hall and if I may give you a suggestion, if that is the case, the lobby hall is dedicated only to reception offices, check in and check out counters only and visitors/guests are strictly prohibited from stopping for a few hours there. In that room, it would be better to have big writing written "*SORRY, THIS IS ONLY FOR THE OFFICE THAT ACCEPTS CUSTOMER CHECK IN & CHECK OUT, GUESTS OR VISITORS ARE PROHIBITED TO STOP FOR A FEW HOURS OR HANG OUT IN THE ROOM, THANK YOU*" So that everyone knows the use of it.
