It was convenient because the owner used the first floor and a private house on the second floor, but it was inconvenient because the hot water did not work well. And there is no swimming pool here. To swim, you have to walk for about 5 minutes, but the water isn't very deep, so it's more like just taking a dip rather than swimming. I wouldn't recommend that.
