Seriously, don't stay here, travel agent guests don't come here either. Employees are not friendly, not very professional. Administrative matters are complicated for travel agents, and not very clear. Give up dealing with this hotel, it's irresponsible and not very professional. The employees who answered the telephone on September 25 were very rude and very unprofessional. Called several times with no response. We asked to be nice but instead we shouted. UNRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

The rooms are clean but the reception is rude, not friendly, even the hotel bill can't change the name according to the person staying.. How come all 4 rooms have the same bill name... Can I divide my body into 4... Genuinely not really recommended regarding the friendliness... Even though I also paid straight away, even before I arrived, I paid instead of taking a ride... It's really bad... From the start, I didn't ask about the bill, I just asked for my ID card without a smile, from the staff to the taxi, both of them weren't friendly... Disappointed... I don't want to stay there anymore.. It's really surprising that there are hotels that don't prioritize hospitality to their guests..

For the second time staying here, it turns out the service hasn't changed... it's bad, not friendly, especially from the CS... I've given up... I want to go to the public toilet downstairs, it's locked, you have to look for staff, the place to eat is cramped, it's hot... if there's another hotel, it's better choose another...not worth it

The place is nice, close to Indomart, the food, the staff are responsive, the place is clean, even the elevator rides. The breakfast is simple, the side dishes are just right, and delicious. Not inferior to 2 4 star hotels with a good job rating❤

Hotels with prices that are quite overpriced in my opinion...As for the service, it's okay, quite friendlyWith a fairly high price,But it turned out that the room AC wasn't cold, the hot water wasn't hot and the breakfast was disappointing
