I once ordered via Agoda, but the booking code was not valid because the contract had expired. In the end, I was told to pay again at a higher price to be able to check in... it was really bad.

"Message from the application, already paid but instead the hotel said it was not cooperating, while the application was still active, asking for a data refund was actually irresponsible and did not apologize at all

If I could give it zero stars, order via the online application and pay, because I wanted to stay straight away but the hotel said it was no longer cooperating with the online application, even though the hotel application was still active and had not been deactivated, then my money was not returned! ! In the same class as a hotel but making a refund is difficult and there is no apology at all!

Every time I stay in Palangka Raya, my first choice is Batu Suli International (the second hotel), the rooms are clean and comfortable, the room prices are also cheap and there are cakes and coffee / tea provided for the morning (the second Batu Suli hotel). The parking area is also very spacious...

Cheat, at 120k app. Until the location was asked to add 80k, for a total of 200k. Actually it's just 200k worth it, but 200k directly in the application, no need to add more.

The place is near the city center, the food is quite good, but the staff is not quick enough to serve the food, and there are too many arguments in front of customers. Hopefully this will be improved for mutual comfort and hopefully prayer equipment such as mukenas will be provided.

First come here, Batu Suli International, where the new building has a salon. Order a deluxe room. Recommended. Clean. Friendly service. It's a bit quiet, maybe because the building is old so people are hesitant. But delicious. Got breakfast. The hot water is on. There is a table for working and a refrigerator and sofa. The AC isn't too cold but okay. Cleaned the room on the second day. And get snacks and hot tea in the morning. Excellent

I booked on the app, when I got there I was told to pay another 50k/room, there was no AC remote, the shower was high, the TV channels were spotty/smudged, the mattress and blankets were very standard

I ordered via the application for only 120K... suddenly when I wanted to pay at the receptionist I asked for 200K, I didn't want it!! The person looks so sullen, his face doesn't really look good. At the beginning of the booking, I asked for a smoking area room, we were given a non-smoking room. The bed was really bad, lots of hair stuck to the clothes. Shocked when I woke up. Where the toilet is clogged, the AC won't cool

There are actually two Batu Suli hotels. The newest one (even though it has been around for quite some time), has the word international behind it.As for the interior design, for a contemporary hotel class, it might be a bit behind, but it's still comfortable. Many people also choose to live here, because the location is quite strategic.
