Very well located within the old town to see the temples in the area and relatively close to gastronomic areas, it is a great choice. The service is efficient and will help you with anything. The rooms are well equipped, they did not ask us for a deposit like in other places and they helped us when calling for an excursion. I can only recommend booking here.

I chose this hotel because I thought it was a good place to feel the feeling in Old City and it was close to Nimman Haemin! However, the shower water in the bathroom was strange and the bathroom cleaning was not good. The towels seemed to retain moisture. We rented a room for 4 adults but they kept giving us only 3 towels.However, the hotel receptionist was very polite and helpful. We had a family room with kids, so it wasn't bad, but to be honest, after seeing the condition of the bathroom, my kids said they were scared of the hotel.The room was next to the road and very noisy

We stayed here for 2 days. The Laana style rooms were ok, access to the bathroom via the bed was a bit unusual. Be careful, the floor is very slippery

The bed is very comfortable and the room is incredible, recommend to try the food at Kumjun cafe no need to go out if you need to be relax at the hotel throughout your vacation. 10/10

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room was large and more than enough, I loved the bathroom, huge. We couldn't take advantage of the pool, but it looked nice. The breakfast buffet was good.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage and were really kind and chatty.The location is also amazing, right in the heart of Chiang Mai with great restaurants all around.The room we had was very old and not very clean. The bed sheets were all very stained and the bed itself was a mattress on the floor. The bathroom was less than 30cm from the bed with a very squeaky sliding door which was incredibly loud. The bathroom again wasnât very clean. The hotel pool, we didnât use as it also looked very unclean. The breakfast which was included was cold and looked to be food left over from the night before. For example we were served spaghetti bolognaise for breakfast.We wouldnât stay again but it was fairly cheap.

The hotel is beautiful to look at from the outsideUpon arrival you arrived in a nice clean reception room and you were escorted to your room by one of the employees. When we entered we looked in amazement at the beautiful room. After we opened the bathroom door, panic set in a bit. It was not clean and there was mold on the walls and floor here and there. There were also long black hairs everywhere on the floor, in the shower and even in the toilet! Our shower also had problems with the water temperature. Either it was freezing cold or so hot you couldn't stand under it. After 3 days someone finally came to take a look after we had already indicated this a few times. In the end, unfortunately, the shower never worked properly. The internet also had some problems. The WiFi often dropped out and you didn't have to try on the TV either. Upon arrival we had already reported it to reception who would send someone. After 3 days we gave up on getting internet/WiFi. To top it all off, we had a dead cockroach on our balcony. We left this on purpose to see if our balcony was being cleaned. Unfortunately, on the day of departure, he was still lying on his back on the balcony, but he had already been there for 3 days. Our stay was quite disappointing.To end on a positive note. We were in the old part. The night market was very pleasant and in the street of the hotel there was a nice cozy wine bar with staff who know about wine! And with a taxi you can reach various nice locations from the hotel in no time.

Nice hotel in a good location in the old town. You are just outside the hustle and bustle of a night bazaar, for example, but you can get there in a few minutes by taxi.Super friendly and helpful staff. You feel super welcome.

The hotel is very well located, so you can reach a lot on foot. The gym offers a limited selection of equipment. The pool is centrally located in the middle of the hotel. There are only two loungers, otherwise there are chairs and tables. The breakfast was good. The rooms are extremely beautifully designed. Overall, everything was very lovingly prepared. All the hotel employees are extremely friendly, helpful and loving. We felt comfortable and can highly recommend a visit!

This is a place where we had dinner, but they intentionally encourage you to pay in cash. When I went in, they didn't say a word about cash payment, but when it was time to pay, they told me that only cash payment was possible, and they didn't even accept my credit card and told me to go to a convenience store and get the money. Don't go, it's the worst.

Phanit was so sweet and she helped us have a lovely experience here at our stay at the Lanna Hotel. I would most definitely recommend this location as well since itâs near everything. Will stay again if I come to Chiang Mai in the future. Thereâs a lovely cafe next to it as well with a bar. The staff are very friendly and helpful with luggage and finding taxi rides! Thank you!
