If there are rules for use, it would be a good idea to inform them in advance before entering the room or to post them in the room.I went there a couple of times because the room concept was unique and the location was good, but I don't go anymore because the female manager felt strangely unfriendly.When a car was blocking the entrance, I felt a bit condescending when I asked the owner of the car to get out, so naturally I thought he was an employee and asked where the parking lot was;;I wasn't informed in advance about the parking lot issue, so I had to be annoyed and told that I shouldn't do that... haha. I didn't feel very good either. I'm not saying they did it on purpose, but I'm writing this because I think it's good to know that there are people who think like me.

It's clean, spacious and nice among the nearby hotels! There are a lot of restaurants nearby, so it's nice. The bedding is clean and nice too.

Semi Park

This is a newly opened motel that was remodeled from an old motel. It was difficult to find a place for a family of four to stay in downtown Cheonan, so we found this place. It was a duplex and had a room with two double beds (cozy mansion on the 9th floor, duplex), so we stayed there. It looked clean in the photo, and it had been recently remodeled, so the bedding was generally clean, but the ceiling of the room was very low and the windows were small, so it was inevitable that the stuffy atmosphere typical of motels remained. The bathroom was very cramped compared to the size of the room, and the amenities were too motel-like compared to the bedding (there were a lot of adult products, etc.), so I was a bit embarrassed.It was nice to have cereal in the morning, and there is a very small gym on the first floor, as well as a washing machine and dryer. I think the location was convenient because it was in the middle of downtown Seongjeong-dong. It definitely doesn't seem like a place for families to come, and it seems to be a place where adults go to have fun with various concepts (reading comics, watching movies, relaxing, etc.).
