The exterior and facilities are clean compared to the location, but the sound of the bathroom exhaust fan is similar to that of a drill. I complained as soon as I entered the room, but instead of changing the room, the owner, who was said to be a miser in the reviews, brought a ladder and a drill and seemed to fix it, but the noise got worse again and I was stressed every time I went to the bathroom...

bedsheets had holes, and the toilet was broken. The shower head was also broken. not enough towels provided. during our stay, our youngest lost her stuffed animals. When we asked the front desk about it, they denied access to the names of the cleaning people. in the end, the cleaning people had taken the stuffed animals by accident while cleaning, and we received an apology from the hotel owners. elevator is slow, and there is no waiting area. the walls are very thin. however, the location is optimal as you're in the heart of the city. there is a market near the hotel that's open every five days. I would highly recommend it as there are a lot of fresh fruit vegetables and food at the market. there is also a lovely bakery beside the hotel. there is no room service. However, if you call down to the front desk, they are very attentive. hotel isn't too crowded either so your stay won't be muddled with other guests. this is probably the best you can do if you want to stay within the city as since the town is so small there are not a lot of other options.
