There are no places to see nearbySmall swimming pool, internal amenities (convenience store, Starbucks, simple restaurant, children's play facility, etc.) seem to be good as they are operated reasonably at the same price as the external ones.However, parking at the entrance is not managed. There are a lot of idiots who don't park their car properly after unloading it.The room was old, but it gave the impression that it had been continuously maintained.The internal programs, such as the astronomy class, were also good.It was disappointing that there was a place where things were being repaired, such as the Sonata of Light.

Oak Valley is always great to visit with children.After taking over from Hyundai, it's good to see Starbucks, Bounce Kids Cafe, etc., open, but the restaurants don't seem to be as good as they used to be in Hansol.It is especially shocking that the electric rice cooker was removed from the guest room condo.

Very quiet and niceHyoja-dong is nearby, and there is a chicken restaurant, a gomtang restaurant, bowling, an arcade, a coin karaoke room, a kids cafe, and a Starbucks, so I had fun even though it was quiet.The room was quite large and had a view of the lawn with no people walking around, so even though it was on a low floor, I opened the curtains and played without being disturbed.As soon as I entered, the sun came out and I felt very warm despite the cold winter.There is a medium-sized refrigerator, microwave, and electric burner in the room, and the building itself is old and has a worn-out feel, but it was still very clean and nice.Please note that the bedding is not high quality.The downside is that the convenience store is not in South Condo-dong and you have to go to Hyoja-dong. Although the distance is not long, it is a hassle to get there because the building is far away.
