Everything is okay.The rooms are clean, smell good & the service is okay.The receptionist was willing to help me carry things & when requested, the room was really cleaned and the tables were neatly arranged๐ฏIt's just far from places to eat, so you have to bring lots of food here

The hotel is far from the crowds, the price is pocket friendly... but it seems like it doesn't have enough electricity, the lights flicker and the TV also only has 1 channel on so it can't be switched. The water from the shower is also a bit smelly

Nice & clean place & rooms. The minus is that there is no hot water for bathing, the breakfast is boxed rice, Miss, the receptionist is not rude and friendly. Please improve the service even more.

This accommodation is nice, clean and comfortable. only the service is very lacking.I ordered on the application which stated "including breakfast" but waited until there was no breakfast. I asked the receptionist and it turned out he said the catering was on holiday. it should be stated "excluding breakfast". the receptionist said there was breakfast but pop noodles. then I asked again, "can pop noodles cover the price of breakfast?" and the receptionist answered "pop two noodles sis". I had pop noodles for breakfast, I was told to eat 2 at once. As guests, we don't care whether the caterer is on holiday or not. we only ask for our rights from the application. Even if it's just the usual porridge or boiled rice, we will gladly accept it, at least there is a solution. Until I wanted to check out, breakfast was not provided. Actually, you could just look for breakfast outside. but I only ask for things listed in the apk. The receptionist mostly looked down, didn't smile, and seemed lazy to answer. even though I asked in a low tone.

The location is a bit far from the city, the quality of the room & building is very special & the aesthetics exceed the price. If possible I would give 6 stars for the room, the service is just enough

Incidentally, carrying a big suitcase & having to climb stairs is a bit complicated, wanting to ask the staff is not nice because it's a woman, the room is clean, it's not worth it for the TV which uses an STB & it's broken too, but the friendly staff wants to change to another roomSuggestion: it would be good to use just one TV remote without an STB so that it meets commercial service standards
