The location is quite good being walking distance to a mall and the fortress. But the neighborhood feels a bit seedy. The room size is also great although service was rather basic e.g. staff can hardly speak English.

It's dirty, the floor isn't cleaned, the water in the bathroom doesn't drain well, and when I wash at night, the hot water doesn't come out, which is inconvenient. I'll never visit again.

For the Air Force graduation ceremony, the whole family came out, reserved 4 rooms, got the keys, and went up. After that, when I went out to do errands, they checked each and every person on the way in and out to see who was there. In one room, I was washing alone in the room, and they called me on the intercom and came to see me, and while I was washing, my family was surprised. Once I left and came back, I had to tell them what number it was, and they were friendly, but they seemed to be overly friendly. The location was very good as it was near a department store. As for cleanliness, the floor and bedding were not clean. Perhaps it was remodeled, but the bathroom was clean.It was very uncomfortable because there was no toilet paper left and it was all wet.The interior appears to have been remodeled and the exterior is clean, but the parking lot is small and I don't want to go there again.

Great hotel. The room was stylish and updated, had all the amenities. In a great location with many options for food near by. Also a short 8min walk from the fortress, it was a great location to go to the lantern festival.
