From the architectural design to the management of the concept of relaxation, it was perfect. Everything was just comfortable

I went to a chain hotel with high expectations, but the room condition was very bad. It was disappointing that maintenance was so negligent, and there was a lot of mold, which made me uncomfortable the whole time I slept. Other than that, the service was friendly, but the room seems to need remodeling.I especially liked the dinner and breakfast, but I have no intention of visiting again due to the room.

Accommodation that is not managed overallThe accommodation is dusty and there are old stains here and there.The clothes provided have holes here and there and smell like rags.Bathhouse facilities are unsafe due to many floor malocclusions.Poor quality of amenities provided by the accommodationFood tasteless (too sweet, too salty) Nothing to eat except raw fish (small amount of raw fish)Although it claims to be a ryokan, it is not friendly, lacks a service mind and lacks service skills.Staff not always presentI would go even if it costs 100,000 won per night.There are many high-quality accommodations in Namhae at similar prices.It looks like they are building a new building with the money they earned from good marketing (social media, etc.)?Intention to revisit 0%
