The Resort MengIt was truly the worst pension I have ever been to in my life.1. Pension that lies to consumersThere was a boiler leak in the room I reserved, so they said they would move the room, so I said yes, but when I searched, there was a big difference in the price of the room on the day and the room I booked, so I would get a refund and go to another accommodation or make a reservation again. I couldn't use the room due to the pension's fault. I told them that I would like a refund and they said it would not be refunded and told me to wait. They then contacted me again and said I could use that room.. haha.In fact, it wasn't a boiler leak, but the pool water didn't drain, so it wasn't completely cleaned, so he made various out-of-context comments and was told that I had to check in to my original room since I couldn't get a refund anyway. If the pool water hadn't all drained, I could have just said that, but they had to tell an unnecessary lie, which made me feel quite uncomfortable even before arriving at the accommodation. The check-out time at the accommodation was 11 o'clock, but we checked in at 3 o'clock, so how could they not clean it all in 4 hours? I had doubts about whether they did it, and after thinking about it with my family, we came to the conclusion: Should we reuse the swimming pool water? It was. (Actually, when I arrived at the pool, the cold water was slightly more than half full, and then hot water came out.) Since it is impossible to confirm the facts of this, I will only write here.2. Swimming pool water temperature + reading the owner’s text messageAs written above, the water in the swimming pool is cold, and the water that was left on is very, very hot (so hot that it touches your skin and makes you scream), so the pool water is generally very, very cold, the water near the stairs is hot, and there is cold water and hot water. Only a small portion of the mixture was lukewarm, which was really annoying. This was my first time seeing a place that turned on water like this. Moreover, as soon as the hot water was turned off, the water cooled down in less than 15 minutes. I came out without being able to play properly for even 5 minutes. If the water is lukewarm at 31 degrees, you should at least maintain lukewarm water. If you turn it on or adjust it roughly, this is lukewarm water. Does this mean that if it cools down and you can't play for even 5 minutes, it's not your fault? The text message asking if the lukewarm water is 31 degrees, shouldn't be maintained at least 31 degrees was ignored without a reply. The water wasn't lukewarm, it was cold, boss. Of course, they took 60,000 won for this and did not give me a refund!3.OthersThe rinse aid smells unpleasant, like wood glue.I couldn't even play in the swimming pool I paid 60,000 won for.The boss is shameless even though he lies to the consumers.I couldn't shake the suspicion that the water was reused.I felt uncomfortable throughout my stay,There is a faint fishy smell coming from the swimming pool,The staff were not very friendly,Even the water pressure in the bathroom shower was poor.This is a place I never want to go to again.I've never been this upset before leaving a review because I tend to ignore most things in my life, but I really hope you don't leave.You ruined my precious birthday that only happens once a year!It's a waste of money, time, and emotions. Mung Pension was the best 👍 It's my first time at Gangju Pension in Korea, but I was so pleasantly healed 💓 The staff was friendly and everything was neat and tidy ~ I really want to go next time too.

Top tier among dog pensions

This is my second visit and I always feel well rested. ^^

Great~ A place where you can run around with your dog and swim together!!Event includes 30,000 bottles of lukewarm water and free petsEach additional person costs 20,000 won.They provide plenty of dog shampoo and towels, and there is plenty of food nearby.There is enough parking space too.Of all the places I've been to, this is one that's worth the money...I think I'll come visit often
