I visited this hotel in March on a business trip. There was so much fine dust outside that I couldn't open the window and tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn't work. I inquired at the front desk and they responded that they had turned it off for energy saving reasons and that I should open the window if it was hot.I requested an invoice to cover travel expenses. There is an invoice form required by the company, so I asked if they could fill it out and send it to me. Since they couldn't do that, they responded that if I filled it out myself and sent it, they would stamp it. (A male manager responded both times)It was relatively new and the facilities seemed good, so I stayed for 5 days, but the customer service at the front desk was quite unpleasant, and even though the cleaning sign was hung up every time I left, only towels and other items were added and the floor was not cleaned at all, so there was hair there.The location was not good as it was difficult to move around as it was far from downtown Pyeongtaek.

This is a 2-star tourist hotel newly built at the end of 2021.The location is a bit remote, so it is a bit inconvenient to visit by public transportation, but there is ample parking space, so it is convenient to visit by car.The hotel's hallways and rooms are white and clean. The interior of the room was a bit unique, so it felt a bit like a foreign hotel. The bed had a solid, slightly luxurious feel, and the bedding was clean, which I liked.We are currently providing a free simple breakfast. It's not bad for a quick breakfast, including ramen, toast, juice, and cereal. It's on a main road, but the soundproofing at night felt a bit lacking.However, it is a bit inconvenient because there are no restaurants nearby. Instead, there is a fairly large outdoor golf practice range right next to the hotel... I think it would be okay for those who want to exercise.The price is a little more expensive than a regular motel, but I think it is a good value for money hotel where you can feel the hotel service.

It was new so everything was neat and nice! The parking lot is spacious and I had a good rest!
