I'll do you a favor if you read this in time: they're going to try to scam you with the price, it's their tactic!We arrived, they received us with a "theater" already prepared indicating that Booking would not let them update the price of their rooms and that they had another one!! Just like that, you book, you arrive confident that everything will be fine and they give you another price, everything studied, they tell you that they know it's not your problem but it is what it is! Also without WiFi so that you don't even have the chance to search for something else.Really, these things can be reported even to Booking because they take advantage of people.

Want to check in...difficult. asked for additional fees...even though we had already paid in full via the Oyo application...with the reason that we were no longer collaborating with OYO (Oyo had to provide an explanation)...and said that OYO was unilaterally selling their rooms too low. I see there are also complaints like mine here... also on the Oyo application. My question is...if they are no longer collaborating with OYO, why do they want their place to be combined with the OYO application...then why does their location have an OYO signboard. If they are no longer cooperating... why don't they sue OYO. But instead they make it difficult for customers who have paid in full via the application. I think this is apart from the owner's responsibility... it is also OYO's responsibility... to clarify, because I see many complaints like mine on the Oyo application... as well as on Google Maps. Actually I wanted to write this review on the OYO application... but until now I couldn't find a way... does the OYO application not need feedback from its customers? It's very different in the Trv application...it's very easy for us to give reviews. Hopefully my review can be a consideration if you want to book a hotel, thank you

Local payments are not reliable. They didn't have the room I reserved, so I was put in an expensive room and was asked to pay extra, and they told me it was a problem with Agoda.There is no wifi in each room, and in some places it's so slow that it's unusable. There is no hot water in the shower. Rent a kettle and cup. I'm not satisfied, but so far it's good.The bad points are: 1. The door to the room was broken and I almost got locked in. 2. The hallway has a tin roof and when it rains, I can't sleep because of the sound like drums beating. The road in front of us was dangerous due to cracked pavement, and the shuttle vehicle was in trouble.I don't recommend it to anyone

Friendly owner, 24 hour receptionist on standby, clean rooms, complete with warm water shower, cold AC and LED TV available... nice to visit this place... cheap and the facilities don't disappoint... thanks ST Tama

Checking in is easy and fast... and the person on guard is also friendly, the room is standard, not too spacious but very comfortable... if you go to Nusa Dua, I want to stay here again, that's all.
