Very very rude host, we had terrible experience here. Totally not recommended. The price is quite expensive for that kind of property and service.The host was upset and shouted at us that we did not arrive on time.Then the aircon was not working, we ended up only using 2 rooms instead of 3 rooms.The host promised that the aircon will be fixed the next day, but it was still not working. We informed her but her reply is very rude saying that we shouldnt complain too much.We PAID full price amid the pandemic, and we PAID for 3 rooms not 2 rooms.It was really unpleasant experience where we were not treated as a guest. Hospitality service is really really bad, dont know why she decided to work as a villa host if she cant treat her guests like a human.

we thought it was a good place and we already paid for 3 months rent. we couldn't watch tv because the internet was very slow. the owner was very very rude, shouted at me and accused of stealing the bed linen. we had to pay 30 dollars for 1 bed linen or the owner would not refund our deposit. I don't recommend this place, really bad experience for 1000 aud/month villa.

I stayed here with my Family, it was a very unpleasant experience since the day we arrived in Bali, the host was not friendly at all and the hospitality was really bad.The air conditioner on the second floor was not functioning properly, we told the host but no action was taken. We end up leaving the room on the second floor with no one staying there.I'm not saying that you should avoid the place, but if you are okay to be treated like you are not their guest then please go ahead.Location wise the place is very close to the toll road and there are many good foods around the area, which probably is the good thing about this place.
