Haha, I made a reservation for a 3-person room, but even if I had to pay extra for the key that came out wrong at the kiosk, the guest should have looked carefully before paying. It took over 10 minutes to change a room like this, so when I asked them, they told me to wait because it was the guest's fault. Is this correct? I don't think I'll ever go to an inn like that.

This is a hotel in Angseong Hot Springs. The new building is newly built and the hot springs are in the old building. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, but check-in/check-out is as simple as an unmanned hotel. The hot springs are good. Angseong Hot Springs has declined a lot.

I didn't use the guest room, but used the sauna (public bath) in the basement, but there was a lot of dirt floating in the hot tub on the left.They say it's because it's Sunday, but the time I used was 09:30.If there is a lot of dirt, you need to fill it with water to drain away the dirt floating on top, but the manager goes into the bathroom and loudly scolds you not to scrub in the bathtub, and it seems like something is wrong.I didn't come here to use the bathroom where dirt was floating around, and I also didn't want to get scolded by the manager.The manager may be annoyed, but if he's so annoyed at 09:30, what will he do in the afternoon?If you simply turn on a little water every now and then, it will overflow and the floating material will float away, but they don't do that and they become irritated with the customers, so I don't plan on going there again.There are many hot spring baths around.If this is the case, the hotel management style will be the same.Anyway, the sauna here is cold inside, there is a lot of floating material in the hot tub, and the steam room is not cool and well maintained, so I don't really see a reason to go there.
