All the way from Jogja using a motorbike, booking already 1 month ago, the room should have been prepared. But strangely, by the time the day arrived, the room was already being used by someone else, even though the owner said he had received the order from the app. I'm already tired and tired, not to mention the refund process from the app is tiring. Be careful if you book using the application. The hotel service is strange. For example, if it's already full, you can call well in advance so you can cancel and then look for another hotel. Strange

The name TOP refers to that the place is higher up the road. So you need to go up a bit to reach the place. They have a great parking with shade. The room needs maintenance. Lots of humidity problems in the walls and the paint was peeling off in many spots. These problems also give a certain smell to the room.The WIFI was removed because of COVID but in their advertisement it still said "WIFI included". We did not like that. We understand that costs have to be cut in this difficult times but then also update your advertisement listing please...

The road to go there is little bit bumpy, but accessible enough for motorbike/car. The facilities are pretty good, but I think need to improve the cleanliness, especially for the bed sheet. Friendly staff and they have a parking area as well. Good for budget traveller

Not too clean (especially the bed cover and blanket were stained everywhere) but ok for the price. The access wasn't difficult, there are grab and gojek. But the street is dark and quiet at night. The receptionist was kind and helpful.

This is not a hotel... This is an incomprehensible inn. There is no territory, no normal entrance, no parking there. It is located in a dirty remote walk with no proper road. Paid on booking. Com. this hotel. They wrote about the time of arrival and arrival at the place. This is the so-called hotel. Late evening, everything is dark... A foreign country.. And no one met us. And we, with two suitcases, were tired after numerous flights. We sat on a bench in the yard, shouted and called... But no one came out for 30 minutes. I am not completely satisfied with this inn-HOTEL. Not only did I take another hotel that night at a very expensive price, but they also gave me very little money back. The first impression of Bali was bad.I categorically do not recommend getting involved and going here to this hotel.
