First of all, the owner is very kind. I heard there are a lot of bugs and mold. It's a 20-year-old pension and there's a mountain behind it, so it's normal to come out.I also recommend it to those who have pets.It's good to wake up early in the morning and go for a jog.It's also good for barbecue.

The floor was dirty and there was trash. I don't think they clean it properly. The photo and reality are different. If you look at it in person, there is rust and mold has grown on the ceiling.

There is a sea view right in front of the room.I can hear the sound of wavesThe morning sunrise is spectacularYou can see it from your room^^It's a bit of an old buildingBecause there is no elevatorI walked up with my luggage haha.And it was a bit cold.There is a bit of a breeze.Other than that, it's a good place.The owner is also kindRoom cleaning was also good.

The view of the waves right in front is really amazing.Although the pension is not newly built, it shows signs of a lot of hard work in maintaining it.It's difficult to recommend if you want the conditions of a newly built pension, but if you want a comfortable place to stay, I recommend it!The price is reasonable and the room is very warm with individual heating (date of writing is January).The owner is very kind and takes care of everything I need.Next time I come to Donghae, I plan to stay here again!
