The room (303) really does look like what it was described. It was also very clean with very little dust.Bathroom and the living space was very spacious.Amongst the rooms on level 3, this room (and 302) probably have the most unhindered view of the pebble beach. The window is facing the east, so you will definitely be greeted with the sunrise every morning. The curtain is not black out curtain, so do take note that the room will be bright when the sun is up.Floor heating is too good, and the whole room feels quite warm even without the need of a heater.Simple cooking utensils are available (pans, pots, rice cooker) if you want to cook a simple meal, though condiments are not provided.No Laundromat is available, so do take note.The corridor is a little scary a night as the lights are motion sensor controlled. And there is also no elevator.The receptionist doesn’t speak English, but he is quite helpful.Free Parking is available beside the pension.

There is a large parking lot in the back, and the room was spacious even though it was a couple room, so it didn't feel stuffy even if three people were together.And in the evening, I sat on a chair and watched the waves crashing as the lights changed colors on the beach. It was nice because it went well with the sound of the waves.It was disappointing that there was no elevator, but the ocean view from the room forgave everything.I stayed on the 4th floor, and the area covered by the pine trees varies depending on the room, but as long as you are not in the end room, you can enjoy the entire ocean view.
