The facilities are good and clean. The first floor is the management office, so there are six rooms from the second to fourth floors. Sea views are available from the third floor. It is convenient because there is an elevator. I stayed on the third floor, and it has three beds and a king size, making it suitable for a family of six. The additional fee for adults is 20,000 won and the gas oven use fee is 20,000 won. It's convenient to have a BBQ indoors, and there's not a lot of smell because there's a ventilation fan. It's 50 meters to the sea, so it's okay to take a walk. However, there is only a very small supermarket nearby and no coffee shop. The downside is that the height of the duplex was low, so I hit my head a lot and almost fell because there was a layer on the bathroom floor.
