I can't see the seaIt is a duplex and the floor height is not that high, but I think it is sufficient.It was convenient because there was a laundry room and various home appliances.There is a space to relax on the 6th floor, and if the weather is cool, you may be able to eat there.I was grateful that the owners were friendly and kept trying to give me something.

Dogs are allowed, and even if you can't make a reservation for dogs through the app, you can call and they may be there.The facilities are clean and friendly.I like it except that the parking lot is a bit narrow.

This is a place I want to stay again.There is parking for about 6 cars, but parking is available around the building. There is a huge GS Mart right next door, and it is easy to access on foot to the waterside park and the center of Okpo.It was clean, had a duplex structure, and there was a bed on the second floor. They told me to turn on the circulator to cool the room, but I forgot and it was hot for a while, but it was resolved with the circulator running.I didn't use the microwave for one night, but the washing machine and bathroom TV were very good for the price.I enjoyed a bottle of beer provided on the 6th floor rooftop, and it was a nice space to drink the beer I purchased at the GS Mart next door.It was a great place to enjoy simple takeaway food.

The hotel was lovely. I was initially worried about checking in as it was presented in a motel type check=in, but upon entering the room I was happy. The room wasn't huge, but it was a loft style. There was a double bed which was quite comfortable as well as a very clean bathroom and a lounge area. The 6th floor has a sky lounge where you can get something to drink. Check in was fairly easy, but the room itself is quite warm. As was mentioned by the person at the front desk, the air circulation isn't that great. I booked a terrace room, and while the view wasn't bad, it was only a partial street view with 90% of the view being of the apartment/hotel next door. Nearby are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
