The hotel is on the 2nd floor, guys, so go up one flight of stairs to the lobby, then up another flight of stairs,The hotel is in the same complex as the campus,The room is not big but enough for one or two, worth it for the price of 200 thousand nett with platting breakfast which will be served next day and delivered to the room.

Stayed 5 days, going up and down was very tiring, there was no lift, the parking lot was quite far, bring things from the car to rest, the room was clean but on the last day the air conditioner dripped - it was a bit noisy in the morning because it was mixed with the campus - the room was not airtight there was someone smoking every 30 minutes the smell of cigarettes came into the room, even though the hotel should be non-smoking, especially not a hotel that provides smoking balconies in each room, complained last night to CS but they said no one was smoking even though the smell reached the hallway (I don't know if the staff/other customers were smoking but it was very annoying ), responded by offering to provide room freshener but it still smelled of cigarettes, management should have been stricter in prohibiting smoking in the hotel room because it was not intended, although it was not clear who was smoking but it was very annoying to other customers who did not smoke and were allergic to cigarette smoke, maybe This is one of the reasons hotels are less popular, even though the facilities can be said to be quite good, but unfortunately there is no firmness from the hotel management to discipline staff/lecturers/other guests who smoke in the hallways/rooms. I like to stay here every year when I go to Solo, I stay here but my experience The last one was very disappointing, please pay attention again, even though it's quiet, at least things like this are taken care of, if guests can be warned or even fined if they smoke in rooms/hallways/sections where smoking is prohibited, but does Nestagar's management have enough courage and firmness to following up on insiders? Hopefully this will be paid attention to in the future so that Nest can continue to survive in the midst of a situation where hotels have not fully recovered and the service will be even better, thank you

Stay in the cheapest room, even though it is small, it is still good. The rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the TV channels are okay, the bathroom is also very clean. There is a cafe and food court. Food and drinks are also okay. Thank you to the friendly staff
