Very disappointing, I booked a villa for 3 days. I was given a villa whose floor was broken, the AC was leaking, not according to the agreement. I booked a room with the salesperson "Andy Niode" with the agreement that all cooking utensils were prepared. but when we arrived at the villa there was nothing. the water was dead, handling took a very long time, he called again in 30 minutes and after 30 minutes he didn't come, he called again and said again in a minute. Can you imagine the water being turned off from 9 pm to 12 noon. It's hard to pee, poop or take a shower. the staff is not friendly at all.

The villa lights went out, no one noticed. Where are the employees? Hellooooo... Please turn off the lights... It's been almost 10 minutes and no one has responded. Please also update the telephone number. The hotel number is listed as Jakarta number 😭😭😭 when it rains there are no umbrellas

Little bit dusty outside the room. Pool nice and clean. Gloomy lighting in the bedroom and bathroom. Overall its okay. Be back again.

Actually, it’s a very nice and quiet place to stay for a night. But there was a little problem that quite disrupting me. That the guests may not borrow glasses and even the spoon, since the guests are considered to rent for the room only. The rooms are located inside a cottage and divided between 1st and 2nd floors, but the cottage doesn’t have a key, so it’s kind of creepy if there’s a thief break in our room.

The price is really cheap, comparable to the facilities. the bathroom lighting was very poor, the AC was leaking, even the AC in the upper room was broken (hot). dirty, mossy swimming pool.
