As many reviews say, this place has major issues not worth staying.The amenities are nice, pool and rooms are big and all have AC. However, the staff is clearly not maintaining this place properly. One bathroom smelled awful and couldn’t be used, some parts of the house were dirty and the house was missing many basic items ( water, toilet paper, towels )The fact that this place has another name on booking already tells you that the owners are trying to hide these reviews to keep tricking people into coming.

As a family, we spent 2 weeks in villa 2. Only 2 things were positive. The private pool and the beds are comfortable and big. But unfortunately the villa is very crowded and smelly. The toilet by the pool is a horror. It was never cleaned. The interior of the villa is dirty and very smelly. The bathroom vents are very dirty (there is a photo of this). Faucets, mirrors and cabins are scaled and dirty. The bathtub is also dirty and the nozzle doesn't work either. 1 out of 4 TVs works. All the towels laid out are dirty and stained. The photos they show are beautiful, but they don't reflect reality. This villa is not maintained at all, but it could really use a thorough renovation. The upper floor room gets wet and one of the air conditioners is unusable. If you want to stay longer, do not rent this villa because the stench is unbearable. Of course, it could be fixed with a thorough cleaning so that the tenants feel comfortable here. In the evening, when the villa is open, many stray animals and cats walk in and chew the food.

It's an open concept villa meaning other than your rooms, everything is outside with no doors. Flies and mosquitoes everywhere in the living room and kitchen. Fly nests under the staircase. We booked thru airbnb. When we checked in, there were no garbage cans, no washroom floor mats. The floors were sticky and dusty. It is definitely not recommended for families. Maybe it's for people who wants to party and smoke, hence open concept can give lots of fresh air and space.

3 days and 2 nights here were very enjoyable, the kitchen equipment was very complete, indeed there were some parts of the villa that were starting to get damaged but it was still possible to forgive, right?The staff is very friendly
