I made a reservation on Naver for a room with a double bed and a single bed that can accommodate 3 people, and when I checked in, I said I wanted to reserve an extra day.The guide recommended a different room after I checked out. The price of the room was 40,000 won more than the first room, but I made a reservation because it was Friday, but they told me after payment that I could never get a refund or exchange, so I said I knew because there was no reason for that to happen.After staying, check out and finish work.When I checked in, the room was larger, but it was an unused room.The smell was so bad that I had no choice but to open the window and turn on the air conditioner. The bathroom was also clean.The one sofa had a mess of stains on it, the bidet didn't work, and the faucet was broken. Fortunately, the blanket seemed to have been replaced, so I had no choice but to sleep on it. I thought I knew why they said there would be no replacement or refund.I don't use these lodging establishments often, so I never thought something like this would happen, but it was a really uncomfortable and unpleasant night.The person who recommended it at the information deskAt least ventilate and cleanYou have to do it right and get accommodation.I don’t think so.Be sure to make a reservation through an app where you can post a review. I think it's because I'm old. This is a place I don't want to use again.

The room condition was just ok. It is a non-smoking hotel. It is inconvenient for visitors who smoke, and parking for vehicles does not seem to accommodate many, so it would be good to keep this in mind.
