Great location and the fact that you can use the facilities at the Beach Resort aswell as the Bay is fabulous.Free shuttle bus between the 2 resorts is very helpful and convenient. We caught the shuttle over to the Beach Resort and then went out onto the main street for dinner most nights.Rooms need work as they are a little run down but once we spoke to the manager about it he got straight onto everything we needed fixed.Pools were lovely (5 in total - bar pool, shallow kids pool, spa pool, adults only pool and one over by the back block of units) and the staff are friendly. Had the adults only pool to myself most of the time.Prices in restaurant, bar and beauty rooms a little higher than the street but still decent.Enjoyed our stay and will go back.

The room is great♪It's a members only hotel🏨, but the hospitality is bad👎A bossy woman with short hair was serving customers at the restaurant without smiling at all, which was unpleasant. I was surprised when I was asked to make my own morning coffee. The other passengers were brought to their seats and seated. It was extreme with good staff and bad staff. There is no hot water in the bath. The water turned to water immediately 💦 I couldn't fill the bathtub with hot water.

First visit to this establishment, we were also first time travellers to Bali, but the You Tube looked good and the reviews were mostly pretty good. Basically this is a time share resort with two classes, the owners (aka Members) and the rabble( er sorry the "Guests". We fell onto the later catogoury which is good, because I didn't really want to be called a "Member" if you get my drift. Soooo, the rooms are beautiful ❤️, the grounds are magnificent and are kept meticulously well. Most of the gardening and mowing is done in the wee hours by a hoard of green clad things that scurry about with lights on their heads. We were there in July,so the pool was a bit cold, but if you have sufficient Mai Tai's it really doesn't matter. The staff are all excellent 👌👍, but many don't speak really good English. Well I don't think they do, maybe too many Mai Tai's dulled my perception. Look, it's a really good place and I am sure you will enjoy a holiday here. The down side is the location, it's away from everything, down the end of a dirty little ally, a good 10 minutes walk from the restaurants and shops, but the upside is that there is several shuttle bus services to the sister property called the Peninsular Beach Resort, which is located in the middle of the main road, (well, off to one side actually)with easy access to the shops and restaurants (many to choose from). This would be a better place to stay in especially if you have young kids, but it's very old and dated. So there you have it, two properties to decide on, all you have to do is dodge the guys selling time shares at both properties and you'll be right.

Scam! Long story short if someone approaches you giving out ‘lottery tickets’ don’t give them your time! It’s a timeshare scam.
