Very hospitable, clean guest house! We asked to check in a little earlier than 14 and they accommodated us ❤️ Thank you very much! Minimalistic new renovation, air conditioning, refrigerator with stove, sea 7 minutes away. Beautiful courtyard. There is a place to park a car or bike! The room is cleaned, it’s always clean, if you have any questions, you can call the reception of the Peninsula Hotel (this is a chain of hotels) and your question will be resolved!Cons: if you don’t open the water drain, you can flood the whole room, the alley on the way to the beach towards the Grand Mirage hotel is not the prettiest, but it’s a very short section there. A 24-hour store and an exchange office are nearby, everything you need for a vacation. I recommend it to everyone for a quiet family vacation❤️

Place hided not that good .I go to reception because im late for my check out 2 h .And had to pay extras 1 day for that .This are not fare and not polite and not hospitality at all .Im saying that because is first time happen to us in all Bali .The girl at reception her name PANCA while we are talking to them at reception, she start talk so rude with her language and that not acceptable at all we are not talking with different language and she start talk her language.Maybe need more training and know what means hospitality.I hope this MANAGEMENT can take care of those problems.+ we are renting in same hotel .Actually this property belong to the other hotel while you do the check in you need to go by bike and do checking far away from that hotel .THEY EVEN DONT HAVE RECEPTION AT CHARLIE GUEST HOUSE .We cant enter the pool area and we need to pay day pass for the pool .I hope this can be fixed asap .Thanks

The guest house is brand new, located in a quiet location. The room is superb, the people are very nice!It's missing a few small details, but otherwise it's really perfect, much better than many hotels we've had in Bali.I recommend

The guesthouse was managed by Penisula resort, it is small but very new and clean, well designed and decorated, good price, worth the money!
