Stayed for 6nightsNot that gr8..... .On first view, looks gr8, when really it's not gr8.Breakfast was not good at all, we tried it once and ate out the rest.The pictures look good, but in reality are not a true respersentation of what you get.*old*not really cleanLocation was down the end of a busy local area.On the plus side - the staff are lovely , as all Balinese people are.Would NOT stay again.

Friends and I booked this villa on booking.com and were so excited for a relaxing stay. However, once we arrived we were very disappointed for a number of reasons.1) the Villa disguises itself as a paradise in Nusa Dua, however, it rests at the end of a dodgy, dirty laneway that feels unsafe to even be near.2) the images, while they are in fact of the villas, are an over-exaggeration of the accommodation. We were expecting modern rooms with well-taken-care-of facilities, but what we got instead was dirty amenities and damaged structures. One room didn't even have working lights!3) the Villa is not well-maintained at all. It was dirty and unkempt and we didn't feel comfortable staying there, subsequently requesting a refund and seeking alternative accommodation. The doors had handprints, the glass - including the mirrors - were dirty, the bathroom was rife with soap scum and mould, and the spa filter had listeria growing on it.4) after requesting a refund and citing the lack of hygiene as the problem, the owner pretended not to understand what we were saying and then told us that if we weren't going to accept a 50% refund, we could leave without a refund entirely. I get the impression this kind of thing happens often.To the owners if you're reading this, do better. Your villas have much potential, but the lack of care that goes into maintaining an enjoyable and hygienic stay will be your business's downfall.If you're thinking of staying at this villa, don't. Or do. But at least check out other user reviews to decide if its the luxurious Bali stay you're anticipating.

I booked the villa through the owner. I paid the deposit. It was not possible to go. The deposit is not refundable.Also, look carefully at the real reviews and take a walk around the villa using Google Maps, it’s unlikely that you will come here after this

Staff are not honest , liers , cruel people, cancelled my booking at their advice little did i know its a trick they use on everyone after i read the comments on this platform. Rooms had dust , pool more green than blue , photos on booking.com are not reality .

If you are in Nusa Dua THEN THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY. Staff are amazing, breakfast is superb, the acoustics are terrific you hear nothing from the outside. Rooms are spacious and relaxing. Cut off and enter your own private bliss in D & G Villas. Jenya runs a great oasis.

wonderful holiday at D&G villasWe came to the villas with 4 families, rented 3 villas to celebrate the wedding of our friends. We really liked everything, excellent new villas, wonderful staff, promptly responds to all requests, modern renovation, everything is very clean, good location, good breakfasts, fast internet , the villas are located 15 minutes from the airport, so after the flight, in order not to stand in traffic jams, of which there are many in Bali, it was very convenient to get from the airport in 15 minutes, there are many beautiful beaches, cafes, water sports nearby, we really liked everything, We will definitely come back again, we recommend it to everyone, thank you D&G, see you again soon!

Good Staff, always responded to all our requests.We were on holiday with a child, the rooms were clean, the air conditioning handled the climate perfectly.There are many inexpensive shops nearby and you can buy vegetables and meat at reasonable prices.A good beach is 10 minutes away by taxi or bike.

The place has lots of potential but is poorly maintained. They could do a better job of cleaning. The dishes needed to be rewashed before being used. Also the projector didn’t work and all tvs didn’t allow access to netflix

The place is in benoa which is north of Nusa dua. The place itself shows signs of wear and tear. The pool has lots of missing tiles and dirty in places. I do love the common area. It is a 8 min walk to the Main Street. Saying that it’s cool to be amongst locals. Need some tlc

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here…We checked in and out in the same hour.The pool was 1/3 empty, green and dirty. There was no way we could swim in there.The vibe of the place was off, not great service. Very casual/ unprofessional almost.The pictures look NOTHING like real life. Looks a lot more run down.Front desk didn’t look like pictures. Had bad vibes instantly.Once asking if they had another Villa with a cleaner pool our response was, sorry we knew it was dirty but all booked out. Said they would clean it later? However we had booked months ago?!Anyways, ended up getting a full refund thankgod and booked somewhere else on the spot.Wasn’t the Bali experience I’m use to. Very disappointing.

The villa we lived in is a bit shabby. The pandemic is certainly to blame. What's difficult is that it's pretty noisy inside the villas. The staff is super accommodating, nice and very friendly! We would like to be guests.
