Friendly service is the best. There are several parking lots, and the owner will also provide parking for you if necessary.

We booked New Evergreen last minute to spend the night as we were driving down to Busan. It was affordable and photos were looking good online.Check in was smooth, the elevator was small (can fit only 4 people) but clean, the hallways are clean and smelled good too. The rooms were impressive! They are big with a king size bed, a sofa, TV, computer and amazingly it has a styler (personal dry cleaning machine). We were able to dry clean our coats which was great! The bathroom was large too. The toilet has a bidet and water pressure was great. The hot water worked fast too.There's a coffee machine downstairs that has pretty good espresso. Parking is limited as well as street parking. The area is close to other motels and restaurants.
