The cleanliness wasn't very clean, perhaps because it was near the beach, and it rained a lot, so the ceiling near the barbecue leaked, which made me laugh.However, the scenery is good and it is suitable for several people to eat and play.Some of the furniture was broken and I felt like it wasn't enough. I prepared a lot so I used it well.It was nice to have a refrigerator on the barbecue side, and the darts were nice too.I used both the swimming pool dry sauna and the Hinoki bath well and enjoyed it to the fullest in a short amount of time.I will use it again

The location and sea view were really good. The rooms are old and so-so. There was mold on the wall and the noise of cars was noisy in the room facing the street. It was okay except that the facilities were old. I heard you saw bugs even though it was winter...

It's so dirty, it smells like bleach, and the bedding is unpleasant.It felt like I woke up in the basement.Even though there are a lot of towels, the smell is like a rag.The best advantage is the sea view.

It's nice to have a pool villa in the Corona era. The penthouse has a fairly large water park, a hot tub, a sauna, and a large dining table, so it's great for eating, playing, and relaxing... There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and it's also great to go down to the beach and play.

Ah... a place that makes me sigh when I think about it. I was very shocked when I went there just by looking at the photos on the website. I've been to countless pool villas along the coast from Yeongdeok to Pohang, but it's so pathetic that I paid my own money to go here.As soon as I arrived at the outdated facility, which was so different from the website photo, I had doubts about whether I had made a reservation. I couldn't say anything to the kids who were excited about going on a trip, so I went in... but as soon as I walked in, it smelled like an underground karaoke room with mold... It wasn't a comfortable environment, and I had allergic rhinitis, so I came here with a runny nose... not even a star.

The pool is long, there is a sauna room, three rooms, a dart game machine, and the sea is right in front. The sand is thicker than regular sand, so the sound of the waves is unique, and the indoor barbecue area is also good.

The swimming pool is big, butThe facilities are much more outdated than in the advertising photos.The room is not insulated so it’s too cold.The barbecue area cannot be used because it is so humid due to the swimming pool.The blanket isn't clean either.Very disappointing for the price.

Facilities are outdated. A burnt switch, a pool with broken tiles, and a sofa that looks unmaintained.Full of trash on the beach in front of the buildingIn many ways, it feels like it lacks the advantages of a beach pool villa.

It was so nice to have the sea right in front. The swimming pool is big and the hinoki bath is really nice. It was a bit dated and there were very small bugs in the hinoki bath, which was a bit disappointing, but it wasn't something to worry about.

I went there after just looking at the website and blog reviews and was surprised by the exterior.I was shocked to have to park on the side of a busy road.I was a little embarrassed as I was inflating the tube on the side of the road with cars running.The inside is still cleaner than the outside.I'm staying indoors, not looking outward...I chose it because I thought there was a sauna, but it was broken and I couldn't use it, so I was a little confused.One of the large grills was so bare that I couldn't use it.Maybe it's because it's on the top floor, but the water pressure in the bathroom was too low... It was very frustrating to wash and flush.Still, overall, the interior was spacious and well-equipped with everything you needed.And the view is really... it's a view I want to see every morning👍I am willing to visit again next time if the water pressure is resolved a bit.

The staff are friendly~The swimming pool is good for playing with babies (up to the lower grades of elementary school)The beach is right in front, the view is good, you can also see the sunrise.There is an air compressor to inflate the tube.I put it in really quickly... (either this or death...)There is also a 24-hour convenience store nearby (within 3 minutes on foot).Disadvantage: Moisture from the swimming pool flows into the interior.Cell phone cannot be charged due to short circuit due to moistureEven with the air conditioner turned on, the humidity does not fall below 70%.When the air conditioner is turned on low, the humidity is 80%.Although the actual bedding is not dampHumidity is 80%...It's a bit noisy because it's right next to the East Coast National Highway.Other than that, everything is good~Not recommended for people who don’t like humidity, but highly recommended for everyone else!

The exterior looks a bit old and it is not a 100% well-maintained pool villa, but it is spacious, has good appliances (large refrigerator, ice maker, etc.) and nice interior, especially the meat grill area with air conditioning, so it is a satisfactory place. I intend to visit again ^^ The sunrise view is also very nice.
