I had booked via agoda, I arrived at 2pm to check in... no one knew about my reservation so the room was not ready, I waited for half an hour for them to give me a room where the shower for bathing was broken and smelled of humidity . The pool is good and there are not many people around. Breakfast is served by a very friendly guy and the room is cleaned and towels changed every day. But I don't recommend it because it shows that the place lacks maintenance.

Don't stay here. I've made an appointment with the waiter. Until the location, the guard was not there, the phone call was not active, waited for 1 hour and was not there. Just replied 3 hours later. Enter a narrow alley and it's like UKA UKA

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palm Bamboo Hotel, which is why we extended it again. The complex is small and cozy and quietly located in a side street. We often had the pool to ourselves. The breakfast was excellent. You choose your menu from the menu and it is freshly prepared. The price-performance ratio was great, we paid around €20 per night including breakfast. The hosts Ayu and Wayan are extremely friendly and helpful. Wayan picked us up from the airport, drove us to the beach and took us to the temple in Uluwatu. He also got us the ticket for the fire dance on site so that we had more time in the temple and didn't have to queue. Ayu fulfilled our every wish. Our guests were allowed to sit with us in the complex in the evening and she brought me coconut water when I wasn't feeling well. They took our son to their hearts. Children are very welcome. The location of the hotel is good. After a 2 minute walk you come to a street with numerous restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, massage and laundry. Nusa Dua Beach is incredibly beautiful. We took a beach walk to Peninsula Island and went to Waterblow (minimal entry fee). The statues are about a 20-minute drive from the hotel. After 45 minutes you reach Uluwatu.

It's not a hotel, it's a bungalow. There is nothing inside the room except the bed. We couldn't sleep not even for one night but eventually, we did as we did not have any other option. Not recommended 😕

The staff were very kind and accommodating but I was extremely allergic to the detergent they use on their sheets, so I was unable to sleep even with long sleeve pants and T-shirt. I had to switch hotels as a result which was truly unfortunate. The service was fantastic but the breakfast was lackluster.
