I'm staying right now and it's great!First of all, it is very clean and everything, including the bedding, is very clean!The owners are very friendly and you can have a nice barbecue while looking out at the lake.The accommodation is very well maintained and has karaoke and foot volleyball court? And there's a supermarket! You can even barbecue inside in the winter!!The location allows you to see Paro Lake from the Peace Dam!

It was more remote than I thought, so my husband and I tested our patience on the way there, but as soon as we arrived, we screamed... the view was just crazy. Just go. So good! Feeling hollow inside

This place is really like secret place. In a somewhere inside between a lot for mountains.So quiet and so beautiful view right every in front of rooms.In a day sky changed cloud to sunny. Both were awesome view.Especially, at night I saw about thousands of stars really.It was the best place can see the stars in Korea I think.It feels like not in Korea. Such a beautiful moment you can feel.The owner are really kind and the room condition is really cleanAnd big enough for two people. Maximum is 4 people. Enough for 4 people also. Also has bigger room for max 6.It was duplex. I like this condition.Private house for each other.Private barbequePrivate balconyYou can also walk around this accommodation.It has got walking path and also can do fishing just in front of your room. You will get down to the Paro lake right away.I would like to visit this place again with familyFrom Seoul to hwacheon gonna be about 2hrs 30mins.From this accommodation to hwacheon town takes only 30mins.

The view is great and the room is very clean! The boss is friendly!But the road is so mountainous that you might get motion sickness.There are no supermarkets nearby, so you have to arrive prepared.

This is a newly built pension with a stunning view of Paro Lake, and not only the building but also the bedding, dishes, and home appliances are all well maintained by the friendly owner.The barbecue costs 20,000 won and uniquely uses corn as fuel, but the firepower and grill quality were not bad.If I had to point out a disadvantage, it would be that the induction heating power is weak (cooking meat and fish indoors is prohibited in the first place), so it is difficult to cook dishes beyond ramen and fried eggs, and since it is over 20 minutes away from downtown Hwacheon, there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby, so everything is available. You must come prepared.

The owner is very kind. Excellent!It was especially good when grilling meat. The taste of smoked meat filled with the scent of corn was delicious. There is also a brazier where you can grill roasted sweet potatoes.The scenery was great! It was quiet and really nice.
