The car entrance and exit are too dangerous and inconvenient. There are a lot of cars on the road ahead and they are moving fast, but I have almost had an accident more than once while passing by. In front of this place, they cut down all the trees that were decades old and built it... but even after it was built, it was full of problems.

As a Diamond member I received an amazing service, very nice welcoming staff and the food is to die for! The breakfast is a Michelin star grade! So worth it!

It’s easy to travel from Dongtan to Pangyo to Seoul. The shuttle bus is old, but the driver is friendly.There were no windows so I could barely hear any road noise.It's a Hilton for around 150,000 won and the room is big👍However, the place to take off your shoes is unclear.

One night and dinner package. I used the breakfast buffet product.Although it is located in a remote area, it is nice because it has a park view, is close to the metropolitan area, and is newly built.The downside is that the TV in the room does not have a smart function, so you cannot use YouTube or OTT.If you request room ice, a delivery fee of 5,000 won will be charged.They say you can't bring your own ice.This is something I have heard for the first time when staying at hotels around the world. I'm so embarrassed ㅠThe corkage fee for the dinner buffet was 80,000 won, so I used the 1+1 wine promotion for 99,000 won, and it turned out to be trash wine worth 5,000 won. Never use it.The breakfast was okay, but the dinner buffet was so good that I thought it would be better to just go to a family restaurant.I don't plan on coming again.

Saturday nights, there are not enough parking lots. Too many children at swimming pool but early morning the swimming pool was spacious and warm(31C).
Dinner buffet was good, but morning buffet was bad, especially egg fries were not warm, even omelette was ready-made already cold. please make them warm Fitness is open 24hrs.

Room was nice, executive lounge was nice, breakfast was nice, but the level of service provided was not that great. I don’t understand why there has to be a 5,000 won delivery fee for utensils. I also don’t understand why I had to call guest services for water more than once, as the first time did nothing for me. I also don’t understand why I was given a late check out time (1 PM), yet I had someone calling me at 11:30 AM, telling me that my check out time had passed. What on earth?

Everything was perfect except for the Zoey staff training.In response to a question, the employee told him to go to the facility next door and ask, but he was unable to answer even the simplest question.The fare information was also incorrect.I got a birthday suite thanks to the staff, but I felt really bad. All facilities and other staff were friendly. It seems like guidance staff training is needed.

The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after my daily adventures.The hotel's dining options were a highlight, with a breakfast buffet that offered a delicious mix of international and local dishes. The on-site restaurant also provided a sophisticated menu with fresh and flavorful choices for lunch and dinner.While the hotel’s location in Pangyo isn’t the most central to Seoul's city center, it is well-situated for visit to HD Hyundai R&D center which is 10 min walk. For those who don’t mind a bit of travel to Seoul attractions, it takes around 40 min by taxi. This minor inconvenience is outweighed by the hotel’s overall quality and comfort.In summary, my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seoul Pangyo was exceptional. Despite the location, the hotel’s excellent facilities and service make it a highly recommendable choice for visitors to Seoul. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

This is a good value hotel. It was clean and the room wasn't too small, so I didn't feel stuffy. The breakfast variety was varied and delicious. The downside is that the indoor pool is small... The location is right next to the highway, so it was difficult because there was noise from motorcycles and cars even late at night.

We had a hard time sleeping due to the noise from the Gyeongbu Expressway.The next day, I changed my room to a forest view, so there was less noise.However, when I opened the blanket, there were some small hairs on the feet, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. There was a wait for breakfast, but it was okay.

3-night stay reviewIt's clean because it was recently built. The location seems to be good, but when you use it yourself, it is somewhat inconvenient. You must have a car. The price is reasonable. So it seems like there are a lot of people.It took a bit of time to check in.Very inconvenient to use the elevator. Have to wait a long time. There seems to be something wrong with the design of this part. To get to the parking lot, you have to take the guest room elevator down and then transfer to the parking lot elevator, which is also inconvenient and takes a long time.Breakfast was not served.The size of the swimming pool is small compared to the number of users, and there seems to be some corrections to be made in terms of operation. One lane is set aside as a training lane and is not allowed to be used. I thought it would be a good idea to keep it open when there are no classes. There is no additional cost for the swimming pool.The gym is convenient because it has a variety of exercise equipment.There is a lot of noise coming from outside the window when using the room. The area under the bed in the room was barely cleaned. Our room made a strange noise when using the water in the upstairs bathroom. I requested confirmation, but no special action was taken.

If you take the shuttle and time it right, it's easy to get to nearby stations, and it's not that far away, so accessibility isn't bad, but you have to take a taxi.Check-in is at 3 o'clock, but I don't like having to wait in line to check in at 3 o'clock to see if I can't check in early. I think the line will be about 20 minutes? But the further you go after 3 o'clock, the longer the line of people gets. However, considering that it is Saturday during peak season, other days may be better.
