I had the pleasure of staying 3 months it was fantastic experience. The staff are very polite friendly and always very helpful including the security staff . Nice quite area fresh air flow into very modern clean fresh rooms . Always plenty of hot water and the rooms are kept clean regularly by excellent staff . Looking forward to my next stay here hopefully in the new year . Highly recommended.

The location is quite strategic, suitable if you want to play around Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and the location is before the toll road, so if you want to go to Denpasar in the same direction, you don't need to make a long U-turn. Room facilities are okay. Clean enough. However, soap and toothbrushes are not provided, so don't forget to bring your own.

Strategic location and good ambient rooms.But be careful with the staff and management. Booked a suite rooms on traveloka for 2 nights and already gave a note check-in time. Arriving at the location, we were greeted by security staff who looked confused but was able to give us the room key. We were surprised for a suite room without any water kettle but we just ignored it. The next day when we left the staff told us that there was a mistake, what they gave us turned out to be a deluxe room. Had asked for compensation, promised 1 kitchen set and stove but until we checked out there was nothing and management did not respond to WhatsApp chat.To be honest, I would have a stay again in the future, but what they did was very unethical. At least give us a discount in the amount of the difference between the price of the suite and deluxe for the following stay, I would really appreciate it.

Good value and right near the immigration office, the staff were super nice and friendly. They let us use their printer for some docs we needed and we’re just genuinely nice people.No idea what the bad reviews are on about when it comes to the deposit. It’s 100k, you pay it, get a receipt and get it back after…. Easy
