For a low price, you get a small and clean basic room for 2 person with an ensuite bathroom. air-conditioning and hot water for shower available in the room. DIY basic breakfast is provided including eggs, bread, cereal, milk, apple, coffee and cup noodles. within walking distance to downtown if you don't mind the long walk which should be about 15 min. Taxi to the train station is less than 20k won. Taxi to downtown less than 5k won.

Good: you can stay in a traditional Korean hanok house sorrounded by rice paddy filed and farming village. However, it's quite a distance from the town with infrequent bus service, so you need to plan ahead for trip to train station if you intend to rely on public transport. They didn't do the room service during our 2 nights stay there too

Traditional Korean style rooms where you sleep on blankets with heated floors. Very limited and basic breakfast. Main tourist and sightseeing areas are bit far to walk to.

A family of 9 with an infant used a private hanok house for the Chuseok holiday for around 600,000 won. There wasn't much information about this place in advance, so I called directly and made a reservation.Since it was a private house, I thought it was really far away, but it wasn't. It was the largest room there and had a kitchen and a bathroom. The door to the room is made of wood and feels like a real door.It rained a little this morning, and I felt the emotion as the rainwater fell on the roof tiles. On a clear day the day before, I ran around and played in the yard with the kids and it was so much fun.The owner was so kindWhen I asked about something in the evening, they came in person and kindly informed me, and even took care of the unexpected use of the floor boiler to keep me warm.Breakfast started at 8 o'clock, and they gave us a box of cup ramen, bread, milk, eggs, strawberry jam, and a large piece of fruit, so everyone ate to their fill. We made fried eggs with beaten eggs, baked them on bread, spread strawberry jam on French toast, and since we had a kitchen, we cooked various things. The most important cleanliness! I am satisfied.I was able to wash and fold the towel without a single hair, so I was able to use it abundantly since it was set up with multiple towels. There are two rooms, and each room has a yoga mat on the floor.Since we lived in a private house, the rooms other guests were staying in were not right next to each other, so we used it quietly. We didn't really feel the location advantage.Since there are elderly and infirm people, transportation is always necessary.Once you drive out, downtown Gyeongju is... traffic hell...What kind of Gangnam is this?Anyway, thanks to you, I felt like I was in Gyeongju and had a good stay.

It's a clean and pretty house. The pros are that it was very clean and the breakfast was filling. Parking is convenient.I liked that the pillow held my neck. The downside was that it was a room for two people, but the mattress on the floor was so thin that my bones hurt, and even in the summer, the blanket was so thin that it didn't feel soft at all, which was very disappointing. It was good except for the bedding.
