Unmanned tel. Private parking lot. Clean white tone. No reservations can be made online at all. There are few motels near Gimcheon-Gumi Station, but this one is the best value for money at 40,000 won for lodging, located 11 minutes away by car.

As an unmanned hotel, it is in a quiet location, the air is clean and the surrounding scenery is good. ㆍThere is Obong Reservoir nearby, so there are a lot of people. There is also a trail course around the pond, so there are a lot of people taking a walk, which is nice.

There is almost no cigarette smell. Occasionally there is, but most of the time there is no cigarette smell. It's clean, and the downside is that there are no robes, but it doesn't matter if you bring your pajamas. When evaluating motels and hotels, this motel is the standard for my evaluation.
