Very nice hotel with spectacular rooms, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool is great, it has three areas: for children, 105cm and 180cm. Breakfast is not a buffet but it offers a wide variety of toasts, coffees, pastries and juices. The restaurant is also a very good option for both lunch and dinner. Too bad we were only here two nights.

Very mixed feelings. Rooms were OK, I would say 4 star. Staff at reception and cleaning is very nice and kind. But what went on at the restaurant was shocking. I’ve never experienced that level of carelessness. Big shame on the waitresses and waiters, because their performance ruining the work of the others.

Upon entering the hotel room, we were shocked to find the bathroom extremely dirty. There were yellow scum on the tiles and shower floor, which disgusted my wife so much that she refused to enter the bathroom. We requested an upgrade to the best room they had and paid the price difference, but the new bathroom was not any better, and even had a long black hair on the tile wall around the shower. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness and would not recommend this hotel to others- not even a enemy.

We spent 3 nights here the food quality was excellent and the room facilities however that's were it stopped , we were locked out of our room on 4 occasions with the electronic key card failing , we ordered fruit smoothies 2 timesand sat on the day beds outside our room the empty glasses were still there late the next day we even asked a staff member walking past and her response was thats not my job its the restaurant, sometimes the towels for our rooms had marks / stains on them we tipped the room cleaners but they were inconsistent in the cleaning sometimes not refilling toilet paper so we purchased our own from the shop or bottled water we felt the resort had a lot of very young staff training so the experience was quite disappointing.

Sadara was our first stop in Bali to recover from jet lag from a 32-hour journey from the States w connecting flights. We arrived at the airport in the evening, and the airport was chaos, so we were tired when we arrived. Luckily, the hotel was a convenient 25 minutes from the airport. Check in was fast and we were off to bed. The property is comfortable, the grounds had nice landscaping and greenery. Room was large and comfortable, though the bed was slightly soft for our taste. The property is a little dated, but a more economical option than some of the more expensive nearby hotels.Of positive note is the service. The staff is exceptionally friendly and cheerful. Dewi, our server in the restaurant, and Yogi, the hotel manager, were of notable mention. Dewi, gave us great service with a smile every morning which wa a great way to start the day. Yogi, was very accommodating and helpful in resolving an issue that we needed assistance with.The food was great, we were very happy with it. Notably the pastries and breads. The detox drink was fresh, and the muesli was my favorite breakfast item.The hotels beach area was small but well kept; whereas, the neighboring properties shoreline had some litter and seaweed. You will likely use the pool on site, or the beach area without getting in the water.The hotel has a few restaurants within walking distance, basic conveniences within easy reach; however you will need a taxi or the excursion services to do off site activities. You won’t need to do dining on-side, the restaurant is more than fine.There was a wedding going on during our visit, which made us initially anxious; but it was just fine. It made for a cheery atmosphere, fellow guest were friendly, and we slept just fine.All and all, a good option if you prefer to stay in Nusa Dua and do aquatic activities. It is an economical option to more expensive hotels, with all the comforts needed for a good experience.

A very nice, small hotel. Unfortunately, the low tide here (which usually reaches its lowest point in the early afternoon) is very strong, making bathing or even swimming in the sea impossible. We had a deluxe room and loved it! Only the bathroom could be a bit cleaner (especially behind the toilet) and perhaps regular mosquito poison spraying could be offered, which is already in demand. The food is very tasty and only slightly more expensive than outside the hotel. The service is very friendly and helpful. Cocktails during happy hour (12 p.m. - 6 p.m.) are best ;)There are also many good restaurants in the area! We are so convinced that we are considering celebrating our wedding here!
