There are clumps of hair coming out of the towels and trash left in the food waste and trash can. I was particularly impressed by the grape stem mold in the food trash can.I stayed in a room with a spa, but guests are not allowed to remove and use the water in the spa. You can see black scum in the water in the spa, just like a swimming pool. I don't know when the water was filled or who used it.They said that if you want to use hot water, they will heat the existing water, and if you want to use cold water, they will raise the groundwater level.I felt uncomfortable and asked to change the water because I was using cold water, but I was struck in the head by the thriftiness of only changing 2/3 of the water.
