Reservation at window subscription Hafh.There were no problems with the hotel's location, room size, cleanliness, interior decoration, etc. It feels like a 1K type apartment.However, the footsteps from the room above are echoing loudly!It feels like children are running around.Since it's not the type of hotel where someone is always at the front desk, I decided to look up the customer service phone number myself and get a warning.The reply was that because the customer was a foreigner, they could not call and would have to respond via message.In the end, the noise did not change and continued until late at night. (Even as I write this)Could there be a problem with the construction of the hotel?At night I drank alcohol and forced myself to sleep, but in the morning I was woken up by the footsteps above me again🥲I didn't think there was anything wrong with it as long as there was no noise problem!

The room is new and large, with plenty of parking spaces. There is also a microwave, washing and drying machine, kitchen pots and pans, and even an electronic cooker. The only drawback is that the navigation is terrible. I can't open their front door no matter what, and I can't find it at night. When you reach the road, if you want to go there, please set "Higa Store" as a navigation location.

Formerly known as (TE'S HOTEL)Check-in 7/29-7/31 (Room 601)Two large and two small (7y5y), two bedrooms and one living room.Has its own kitchen with kitchen utensils.It was great to have the washer and dryer in the room.Self check-in (password will be given two days before check-in)The gate is password-controlled. The room door requires a key.The location is great, with plenty of parking lots and a 7-11 nearby.It is close to famous attractions and shopping such as the Zoological and Botanical Garden, Pineapple Garden, Dinosaur Park, Agu Pig...But it is suitable for self-driving traveling friends and families.No breakfast provided.During your stay, garbage can be taken to the door and disposed of.

Accommodation with high value for money1—It looks like an apartment overall, with a large living room, a simple kitchen, a washing machine and dryer, and a flush toilet. All kinds of supplies needed for daily life are provided.2-The bathroom is large but does not have a bathtub; the small refrigerator is divided into upper and lower floors for refrigeration and freezing.3-The experience of staying for 3 days (not in the side room) has no sound insulation problem. I don’t know whether it is because there are no guests staying on both sides or the sound insulation is really good. In short, full marks for sound insulation.4-There is a very large parking lot at the door, and parking is free and very convenient.5-The only drawback is that if you search for new normal through Google Maps, you will navigate to the back of the hotel. It is recommended to search for "Higa Store". The entrance to the hotel parking lot is diagonally in front.6—The TV provides YouTube, Netflix (you need to be a member), etc. You can watch YouTube, which is really great.Conclusion: A great experience, although there are some minor flaws, they are nothing short of great.

Pros- spacious and clean room. TV was better than most hotels, supports YouTube and Netflix- every room has its own WiFi, dryer and washing machine. If you go to the beach often, this place will be a good option- generally fuss free check in- 5min drive to Lawson, 7min drive to Mega store, max valu store, Aeon mall- bed was very soft and comfortable, if you prefer soft mattresses it will be a plus, if harder then maybe notCons- floors are quite thin, so you can easily hear the sound of others walking on the floor above the roomOverall a much more pleasant stay than expected from the reviews.We had some trouble getting to the location by Google Maps / Waze cause it navigates to the back of the hotel.You could navigate to this izakaya instead to get to the carpark, it's across the road: https://maps.app.goo.gl/EJaeFFeSXdimxhEB9

Using Google Maps to navigate will turn into a very bad alley.Remember to complete the pre-check-in procedures online in advanceI won’t waste time on siteThere are kitchen utensils, a washing machine and a dryer, just like your own home.The double bed is a bit larger than in ordinary Japanese hotels

Room is spacious and well equipped with basic amenities, smart tv, kitchen, washing machine and dryer so high CP value in general as it is unmannedHOWEVER, the bed and pillows are way too soft and so uncomfortable to sleep on that I had severe back and neck pain the days after…. Hotel should consider to provide better quality of mattress and pillows that could provide good support. Aircon is not strong too considering the quilt is thick.
